Golden's Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

I recently bumped a lamp that caused a green candle to spill over about a 5 foot area of our living room rug! I assumed it was a goner with wax and green stain splattered over it. Yesterday I called Golden’s about cleaning it just to see if it was even possible. The price was right so I decided to let them take a shot at it. They came today and within 15 minutes had removed the wax and green stain bringing the carpet back to its original condition! I told Gary that he wasn’t a carpet cleaner but rather was a magician! I hired Golden's to clean my living room and dining room carpets. My wife and I were about to buy new carpet but I wanted to see if a good cleaning would work. Well, I was amazed at how bright and clean the carpets are. We are happy that we don't need to replace the carpets. The high traffic areas look like new. The guys were on time and very polite. I would recommend Golden's to anyone who wants a superior job done.

We have used Golden's on numerous occasions...they have always been helpful and have even come out to redo the carpet when I spilled dye on it. They have been helpful and professional on ALL levels. Great place to deal with and prices are very reasonable.

They were amazing! We had a pipe burst in the basement and they showed up ASAP to remove all of the water once we shut off the leak. They left fans and a big huge dehumidifier and it clean up the mess right away. They were also very fairly price. I've used them in the past and I will definitely call again. Highly recommend

I picked up some area rugs that I had done by them. We have some little dogs that while they were training went on them and at times they would still so we figured having a professional company clean them you would at least eliminate most of the smell. The price was reasonable and when I talk to what I think was the owner he stated that they would do it a couple times to make sure that the smell was removed and dried. When I picked them up they still smelled the same way and were damp and smell was like the day I dropped them off. They didn’t have any kind of fresh smell to them and seems that there was no deodorizer used. I certainly feel it wasn’t done correctly or even were cleaned more than once. I guess lesson learned.

arrived an hour late. used a steamer. period. so now my carpet is wet and dirty, instead of just dirty. i tipped $50 because since i was a first timer he reduced the price by half. i felt bad so i paid full price anyway. all the traffic stains are just as dark as before. bummer. i’ll have to buy a carpet cleaner i guess.

So far so good. I was really pleased when I talked to Justin and he got someone right out to my place to dry vac the water from a leak that just occurred today. The price was reasonable and they agreed to come out on Mothers Day to put some fans and float the carpet so it could dry out. Now that is GREAT customer service, highly recommend them.

Justin and his helper came for the annual carpet cleaning of my home. As always, they were on time, polite, and thorough. They left no area undone, and returned all the furniture to the right spot as they went. I have recommended Golden's in the past, and do so 100% again. Thanks, fellas.
