Didn't purchase a car here but Priyam was very kind and easy going when showing me cars.Overall, going to rate it 4/5 as it seemed like Priyam was packed and was helping multiple clients at same time. Multiple times he had to apologize for taking long time to get car keys or license plates.Not sure if there's lack of sale reps on the floor but they should be helping Priyam in those cases so he doesn't have to cover so much.

I wanted to buy a car but did not have my G2. I talked to Chelsea and she was really helpful. She was patient until I got my G2 she even escorted me to the testing centre with the car. Basically she was my cheerleader. Long story short I have my G2 License and My partner and I bought a car from them. Really helpful! Thanks

Do not recommend this dealer. Purchased a car a year ago, although it seemed to be a good deal at the beginning with the salesman (Sal), I ended up having up having to pay more than promised at the time to hand over the car. Since it was my first car purchased felt that I felt like I had no choice since I had given the down payment. The price was shot up by “protection packages”. Better off negotiating on marketplace.

We bought a Mazda CX-5 with Randy. He was fantastic and kept a close eye on the entire process. He was very diligent, friendly, and knowledgeable. I would recommend buying from Randy any day of the week! Great human being! The rest of the staff was very pleasant also! Good stuff from Janex!

Lovely team, especially Elias, Monique & Randy, they helped me get my dream car, they have very kind, helpful and most importantly they have been incredibly patient. They explained and walked me through every step so if you are looking for the best sellers and a top tier service, stop searching because it is right it!
