Right off the bat I'm confessing I'm not a great MacDonalds fan but our two grandkidsLove it ? ? . We sat at these 3 tables that are close together and was perfect for our family but they were all dirty . We sweep them off with a napkin. The food was quick and hot . The Grandkids liked playing in the kids area that's rare to find these days . The food came in take out bags and discovered we were short 1 quarter pounder burger . A quick trip to the counter and problem solved so no big problem. Reminds me how often and it's too often the take out order comes up short, and not easy to fix .

Waste of time, ordered food in the store, number came up on the screen. Number disappeared from the screen 5mins later, asked one employee what happened to my order as several other people had picked up thier food, she looked at the screen and then walked away and started making other orders. I waited another couple minutes and nothing so I asked for a refund, I'm assuming the manager came up to put through the refund, no sorry or we apologize...just what do you want to do? Terrible service!! It would be zero stars if I could pick that.

My boyfriend and I had decided to order here through the drive-thru and as soon as we ordered, we had to wait for fries. As soon as we were given our food, we were rudely asked if we were leaving immediately. Meanwhile, we had went through the drive-thru which obviously meant we didn’t plan on eating there. So for this employee to rudely ask if we had planned on leaving right away, was very disappointing. I suggest you go during the night when the professional elder lady is working. At least that way you get great customer service.

Not sure if it’s worth review as I’m sure no one will do anything about it, but sent my food back twice. Asked for the handicap bathroom to be unlocked as I had a service dog and can not fit in regular bathroom. They said the key was lost. Asked to see the manager, but she wouldn’t come talk to me. I said to the worker “so you can’t accommodate a disability?” They just shrugged their shoulders. Later, I saw the manager sitting on the curb smoking while the restaurant was failing at every turn. I know we shouldn’t expect much from McDonalds, but I wonder if the media got wind of them not accommodating a simple bathroom for disabilities, if they would take notice?

The people who work the window here are always so kind and give great service that’s probably the only good thing I have to say about this place. Picked up a bagel for my mother in law today and when I got it home it was completely black my bagel was burnt but not as bad. Like how can u feel okay serving this? I was already home before I checked on my food which is my mistake but I didn’t know I had to play expo line for McDonald’s. They should be checking this before it goes it this isn’t the first time I’ve had low quality food from here. Also the debit machine by the pay window hasn’t been working but the debit machine where u pick up your food is okay just keep that in mind when visiting it’s not your card it’s there machine

Every time I go to this place it's a bad experience. Last time I asked for no onions and what do they do but load it up with onions. Time before that I asked for lettuce and tomatoe on my burger and they charge me for this little sliver of lettuce. I don't understand what is so hard to understand about putting a topping on the side, also why is the food cold and the fries soggy or burnt? Instead your employees decided to just not give me the bacon on the bacon burger. Plus the milkshake was more like milk water, we said no ice in our drinks and yet you put in a bunch of ice, it's like you dont care about what your customers want. To top the visit off, no receipt, so you can't do a survey on this store.

Asked for a cup of water for my cat who has been in the car for 30 minutes from the vet. Drive through worker told me they couldn’t do that and I had to order something with it or just buy a bottle of water. I then went up to the window and asked for just a cup and they gave me a feee cup of water there along with my bottled water. Why not just give it to me for free in the first place. Never heard of rules like that from here ever as I have done this more then once.

Man, I can't wait for the Stony location to open again. Went through the drive though when it was slow. The lady on the mic was nice but slow to take my order. The ppl in the front window seemed very stressed and not too friendly.I then had to wait for 7 or 8 min for my food (to be fair it wasn't breakfast time and I got breakfast, so I expected a little wait).My fries were ancient, floppy and cold. The egg in my McMuffin wasn't anywhere close to fully cooked. Even my ice coffee was devoid of coffee and pretty much all cream... Even by McDonald's standards. Just pure white.Not coming back to this location. :-/

Our experience was good. I like to use the McDonald’s app in store. I can do my order on the app and then have it delivered to my table. This is a very nice restaurant, it is clean and well lit. The washroom facilities are clean also. There is lots of parking available. The staff we dealt with was friendly and helpful.
