Such a lovely group of girls! I saw Kayla today for a facial and she was very knowledgeable, attentive and you can sense the excitement and joy doing her work brings her which made my experience 100x times better since it was the first time I was doing that type of treatment and was a bit nervous .Thank you!

I pierced my daughters ears a while back and the piercing was okay, but I was not pleased with the quality of their earrings. I’m very disappointed that the earrings which I bought and weren’t cheap did not stay in. My daughter has already lost one of the earrings. When I went into the store to explain the issue, the representatives didn’t offer much help. The only option I was given was to buy a single earring for $45. Don’t want to spend that much on a single earring that won’t stay in.

Threading was done perfectly. Because she did my forehead over and over again, I had bumps the next day. Also, website says- face threading for $20 which is for eyebrows only. I paid $55 for eyebrows, forehead and upper lips, which was way more than my expectation.

Caryl Baker Visage Newmarket seems all nice on the outside but highly over Rated for what you get !!I was in getting my eyebrows done which they ruined. Could not leave my house for days .I heard the Boss Kavita bad mouthing her employees and talking down to them . She is very Money hungry and only cares about herself !! Save yourself your time, money and go somewhere else ,where they care and will do a good job !

I have been working at Caryl baker visage for over 4 years now. It is an excellent company for education and learning new services. There is always support and training available.I’ve really enjoyed working at upper Canada mall Caryl baker visage specifically because it is filled with talented and wonderful staff, a constant learning environment and an overall positive work place where you are appreciated and cared about.The spa director kavita is also wonderful and puts a lot of time and energy into her employees, and the overall business which has translated into it being a successful business and place of work.

I been coming here for over 25 years plus. I have seen Kavita’s shop renovated three times. She employed very knowledgeable women who provide excellent service. I love how they shape your eyebrow’s as well as facials. I highly recommend Visage.

Kayla did an amazing job on my brows, I absolutely love them!! Kayla went to great lengths to make sure my brows were the perfect shape and that I was completely happy with them. She made sure I was comfortable and understood the entire procedure and the end result is perfect. They make such a difference to my face!
