The RMTs here are amazing! If that’s all you care about you can stop reading now.What’s not good is how the front desk admin ask for tips. You have to verbally tell them how much you want to tip in a small waiting room that could be full of people. Apparently they have to type it into the computer instead of letting you use the point of sale terminal (like most businesses).Not only that, if they aren’t happy with your answer they ignore you and put on a sour expression.You’re a franchise. There are standards I would expect given that you are part of the Hand & Stone group. Respect your customer’s privacy and let them tip on the machine like everywhere else.
