Gregory Barber Desjardins Insurance Agent

I just switched from TD to G. Barbers Desjardins. 10x difference in customer experience compared to TD. Friendly, professional and always answered the phone / email. Also my insurance in now cheaper (Home and Auto).

I moved into an apartment that required insurance for a lease. I googled insurance companies and called Desjardins. When I called I had no idea what I was doing but, the lady that answered my call was wonderful. I got a great quote and decided I would go with Gregory Barber Desjardins insurance for my needs. The lady walked me through all the steps required in order to sign up for insurance including helping me figure out how to get the appropriate information to have my monthly charges directly withdrawn from my bank account each month. I got a thank you letter and even a gift card within a couple weeks of signing up as well as appreciation letters for being a client. I had questions a number of times about my policy since signing up a year ago and they have been very fast and very kind when answering them. I had trouble with writing this review the other night so I emailed them to tell them about it and I received a very quick and kind email explaining what was wrong. I honestly don't believe anyone would have anything bad to say about this company. There are more great things I could say but, this is far too long as it is. I will close by saying if there was only one insurance company to recommend these guys would be the one!Jason McComb

I’ve been dealing with Greg Barber and his office for 35 years. In this day and age it’s incredible to have the same people to work with for so long. Debbie, Kelly, Melissa, and Cole, are just excellent to talk to over the phone, and very helpful. They’ve helped us through a very major and a couple minor accidents and have been top notch to work with in those stressful situations. Our rates and coverage are good, too. Highly recommend them.

I had a very unique situation that I needed insurance for. Cole spent days trying to ensure we got the best value, coverage we needed and supported us through the process of getting our project off the ground. He was knowledgeable and what he wasn’t sure about he sought out clarity to make sure we completely understood the process. I would highly recommend using them for all your insurance needs.

In the 35 + years that we as a family have dealt with Gregory Barber's Desjardins Insurance Office, they have proven to be extremely responsive and professional when addressing all of our concerns. Though we have dealt primarily with Debbie Vanderweyst and Greg, who are exceptional not only in the service they provide but also in their caring attitudes, Kelly & Melissa are gems as well. The longevity of Greg's staff speaks volumes as to how well this business is run. I highly recommend this office.

I've dealt with Cole Barber now a few times and he's great to deal with he's already set my business and vehicle up with all the insurances I need. Most recently I texted him for property insurance and within an hour from my first text I had an email with my proof of insurance. I highly recommend this agency if you're looking for friendly and prompt service with more than reasonable rates. I will be using Cole for all of my insurance needs for a life time!

I have used Gregory Barber for home, auto and life insurance and they made each experience extremely easy for my busy schedule, made sure I was getting a great deal and were so pleasant to deal with.
