Visited the store on Monday to try on the new junction parka. When I was there, it was very busy. Although it took some time to find a sales associate to help me, she was amazing. I think her name was Kelsi and she was helping a few other customers at the same time too. When I told her what I was looking for, she was able to retrieve the items right away and also provided her own personal suggestions which were very helpful. I ended up buying one! Thank you :)

I’ve been a customer since 2009.I brought my Canada goose jacket recently for the first time and what do they tell me ? Ya we don’t think it needs to be filled, we’re just going to stitch the tiny holes in the sleeve. THIRTEEN YEARS and you tell me it doesn’t need to be filled ? You joke of a company. Don’t even stitch my jacket. I replied saying not to stitch it because I won’t be wearing it without filling. Just wait till my jacketSSS comes back to me, I’m honestly willing to take you to court over it.Edit: They sent my jacket back with the hood wide open. Now they want me to send it back again just so they can stitch it.

My mom bought a $1000 jacket from this store two months ago. The seam on the sleeve began to come undone. She went to have the garment fixed. Not only it will take four months but also they can be charging for this $60. They didn’t acknowledge the guarantee and this is a pricey item.

Just purchased a Wyndham jacket - black label from Philip at this location. It was a fantastic experience. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient throughout the whole process. Nothing but good things to say and would highly recommend Philip for your purchases.

kelvin was AMAZING! I went to other stores and was not treated well. He was very personable and knowledgeable. He even took me to the cold room! He was extremely patient with my questions and made me feel comfortable with my purchase. Definitely went above and beyond :)

You spend thousands of dollars in exchange for very poor customer service and staff’s arrogance at this store. Although there are few customers inside, they ask you to wait for over an hour. The wait is even longer if you advise them you are “exchanging”.My younger brothers bought 6 jackets from this store for our family couple days ago. They spent approximately $10,000 at this store. Today, I am trying to exchange for a different colour for mom. However, customer service from this store makes it very difficult and nearly impossible for their customers. After speaking with several staff, my mom and I have decided to leave. We are very surprised about the service at this store. We have asked my brothers to return our jackets instead of exchanging on another day. I am offering my brothers $500 each to also return their jackets to this store.Our family would rather purchase something else for better customer service experience. Canada Goose is not really a thing to us as the staff at this store might think.

Received a gift with a hole in the pocket. I had to send the product in for warranty repair and Canada Goose attempted to charge me with: shipping fee to warehouse, cleaning cost (for a new gift), and replacement cost for the jacket. With any other luxury good retailer, they'd simply replace the product and not make you jump through hoops AND have to fight with customer service to not get charged for a product under 'lifetime warranty'.

Today, one asian guy (no glasses) and another asian guy (with glasses) delivered a very good service. Both helped me and my husband decide on the type of winter coat to buy. They were very respectful and gave us their honest opinion. Canada Goose should have staff like them. Thank you!

I placed my order online . Shipment was fast ! However I had to go into the store to exchange, because I had originally ordered the grizzly jacket, which was a bit too short for my daughter. So I exchange for the lnyx .customer service receive in store was excellent! She is wearing size 4-5
