Valli was absolutely amazing, the girls were sweet, kept me hydrated while he bleached my hair, and it turned out amazing! If you want your hair done right, with absolutely the friendliest service come here!

Looked for a new location to do my hair and I heard about this place and thought I’d try it out. Bob did an amazing job on my hair and highlights. LOVE the colour! The service was fast and professional and will definitely be back. My only lil complaint is I didn’t get a head massage like I do at other places but they were busy so maybe that’s why.

I haven't used any services at this salon, however, I did purchase a hair tool from them. When I realized that I was not happy with the tool, I called Bob and he spoke to the manufacturing rep, and returned it for me. This goes beyond good customer service. He didn't have to do this. Especially because I'm not his client...but he did...and he did it with pleasure. If I every had to change salons, I would go here, just because of the customer service that was exercised to make someone happy.

I had an amazing experience at Modern Touch Pickering. Sarah - My stylist, was very professional, giving me the best advice, and I was shocked with how good the results were. Salon was very clean and everyone was taking care of each other and a community, like a family. Everyone was so nice and kind, Definitely will be going again!! Highly recommend!!

It is very rare that I think about how good a hair saloon was after I leave and in case of Modern Touch that wasn't the case.The environment was really soothing and calm, the staff extremely nice and welcoming and it felt very homey to get a haircut for the lack of a better word.Me and my wife went in together and I had the pleasure of having Mr. Bob cut my hair. He was able to take my vague remarks on how I want my hair and actually understand and cut my hair as I wanted. That's amazing beyond a doubt. He was efficient and and detailed and was one of the best cuts I got.My wife's hair was cut by Mr. Vali, and she hasn't been able to stop looking and taking selfie since we left and this time without asking me 'how does it look' which is a sign of a good haircut in my married opinion. He also gave some really great advice to my wife, to help with her hair. Unlike others it was less oriented towards sales and more towards actual advice.it was a really great experience and I highly recommend it.

Sarah and Hayley were really nice and welcoming during my last visit. I recommend going to this salon as everyone is very professional and experienced. Bob and Sarah are great stylists!

Highly recommend this salon!! I was looking for a new place to get a hair cut and picked this one after finding great reviews on different websites. I am glad I did! I have been extremely satisfied from my first cut till now - I have had hair cuts, styling, highlights and coloring from Mr. Bob. What I really appreciate is how keenly Bob listens to what I am looking for and provides the best service accordingly. I have been afraid in the past to get a shorter hair cut but was open to try it if Bob recommended. I love the cut I got! I haven't had the end-results like what I have had here. Vali is an amazing professional along with Sarah and Riley (sorry if I misspelled your name). They are doing amazing work with hair colouring and washing. Sarah and Riley and very friendly and kind and make you feel welcoming. Visited Modern Touch last week for the first haircut I’ve had in a few years. I’m like most-scared to commit to a hairstylist with fear that they might not be able to cut my hair well or style it well but Bob was amazing. He understood everything about my hair type and had great recommendations. I am for sure coming back again! Such a wonderful experience. Thank you so much Bob!!
