I was mildly irritated that the paramedic who went in to ask for a cup of water for someone outside that they were helping was told he had to pay for the cup.Other than that the experience was fine when it came down to food etc

Ok on July 15th I took my two boys to this restaurant at 10:30am to order an early lunch. The first customer ahead of me has two girls one of them asked the cashier if she can use the bathroom because I guess you need a key to get in or a code. As the girl walked to the washroom hallway she screamed loud and said mom I just saw a mouse running into the bathroom I don’t want to go inside. Everyone who’s waiting to be served was so shocked and we all left. I called my sister because she normally takes her boys there to eat. Can you imagine at nighttime when everyone goes home and the lights are off they are freely roaming around in the restaurant looking for food.

OK I'll have to get the gentleman s name on the regent location but I would like to say that it was the most important part of my day cause he had a awesome additude I was bothered by other stuff heat traffic, and one way streets everywhere and this gentleman was willing to make my experience wonderful and with a smile so I will be stopping by to tell the manager that this individual deserves a raise or a day off cause he went above and beyond his duty and for that I'll be ever greatful

Received the wrong burger in my drive thru order. I called and the girl was very friendly and the offered to make it right! There is a reason why a king is a King! Highly recommend

We went through the drive-thru today and it was very difficult to hear the lady on the speaker. I was also having difficult time to understand her with her accent. I think she was also having a difficult time hearing us or understanding us too. We ordered the mango habanero Burger Combo and also a Double Whopper Jr combo with an onion ring. I asked for extra tomatoes, pickles and onions on the Whopper Jr, but I did not get that. I also asked for onion rings, as mentioned, and I received fries. The Whopper Jr was cold, the fries were good. As far as the Mango burger... my son did not like it at all and he's not very picky person. He will not order it again he said. He also ordered ghost pepper nuggets. He liked them.It would be nice to order something and not have it messed up. Especially in the Drive-thru because most of the time, you are driving somewhere, going on the road.. and cant go back .2/5

Usually this location is good, but we just ordered 3 meals on Skip. I got the bacon king combo but my burger literally only had two patties, cheese, ketchup and mayo, there wasn't no bacon at all. My daughter's Whopper didnt have sauce and had a few things of lettuce. Then the double stacker had no bacon either, it was just two patties a cheese two pickles and dried up dot of mustard. Wish I would've went in person cuz then they'd tell us ahead if there's no bacon or if they forgot.

The worst Burger King in the city. The staff from management all the way down is just terrible. They also take forever. They’ve canceled skip orders after waiting a sometimes over an hour because they’re too lazy. And more of the than not if you ever get your food it’s still stale and cold like it’s been sitting out for hours.

The absolute worst BK in Winnipeg. Today, June 14 the grill broke down so instead of closing the DT they let the cars wait in line. No big deal except they held the car already at the DT waiting and blocking the rest of us from getting out. We were stuck in line for over 30 minutes. No one from the restaurant did anything to assist, communicate, or clear the traffic. They left a line of cars waiting. Absolutely unbelievable. I will never eat at BK again. On the positive side I took my 2, now very hungry kids to Wendy’s. We all loved it. The experience me find my new burger go to.
