Staff were friendly and knowledgable. The location was a little hard to locate as I guess it’s new and doesn’t come up on iPhone maps. Nice to have a full service dealership in town.

Not very helpful when I called in for parts for my sled. Told me to go look them up on their website and give them a call back. I could not find what I need and that’s why I called. Went somewhere else.

I am really pleased with these guys. Very knowledgeable, ready to help. I did not feel pushed into a sale, they genuinely wanted to help me make a decision. I've got an second hand used ATV from them with no warranty. After using is for 1 week, I had a fuel line problem, they fixed it right away for free.

Stand up guys who have helped us out in a pinch twice now. A couple years ago, had an issue with the outboard while on vacation at the cottage, they had us back up and running in a couple of days on short notice. Then recently, we blew a trailer tire on the 400 at their exit. Luckily, we were able to pull into their shop. They let us leave the trailer in the lot while we drove to Midland for a set of new trailer tires. When we brought the new tires back, they quickly changed them for no charge and sent us on our way. Great crew and great service for a fair price.

Super unfriendly! I head the misfortune to speak with two staff, one was a mechanic and the other was the owner or manger. One was worst than the other. Very disappointed.I was in trouble, stranded, and therese guys were too concerned with closing time to help someone in need. I guess 5 to 10 min of their time was worth leaving me stranded.How you treat a stranger in need speaks volumes for your character.
