I found Steve from a Google search and he recently engraved a genuine Zippo lighter for my boyfriend’s 30th birthday. He was everything I’d hope for in a small business. I contacted Steve for him to do a custom engraving with some Yeti water bottles. He checked with me at each stage to be sure I was satisfied, custom designed what I was looking for, and mailed them to me with 48 hours. Outstanding service and excellent quality.
