An employee at a and w was on the phone and making customers' orders. No hair nets were on, and gloves were not on.The cleanness of this store is absolutely garbage do not go here

I ordered cheese and egger with extra lettuce and tomato (no charge)with small coffee. I got coupon online so coffee was free with breakfast sandwich. Although, store was super busy still get order on time .

The girl named RAVNEET is so sweet. When I was about to tap my card for my order and my card suddenly declined. I was about to cancel my order but she was such a good person who gave my order for free.Thankyou so much Ravneet … I appreciate:))

Dirty area. When I gave them my order then told me that they only had chicken available. Why be open when their website says Home of the Burger Family"? At least put a sign to let people know ahead of time. This isn't the first time this happened to me. I let it slide the first time

Worst place to eat at A&W burgers. Found live insect in the burger. Photo attached.Even during COVID -19 pandemic, they don't have a cleaning standards. I ordered the burger on Saturday and found a LIVE INSECT (spider) walking in my burger. THAT WAS TOTALLY DISGUSTING. There is no valid explanation of finding a live insect on a hot food.Avoid going to this place or double tripple check you order. I wish I could give negative reviews

The food was delicious and fast, but the girls were pretty disorganized. The cashier tried to short me on my change and wasn’t apologetic (didn’t seem like an accident). Overall a great place to get food quickly, but if you pay in cash double check your change

I ordered mozzarella mushroom mama burger combo and regular mamaburger combo. The mozzarella mushroom burger had lack of sauce which was very dry throughout the whole burger. As i always wait for this burger to return it supposed to be very saucy and juicy !! but it was totally opposite. Fries were the worst. Cold and dry even i ate it as soon as i got them. To the point maybe these fries were not even fried just thawed. :/ It was not edible.It was not like their closing time either. It was 6pm on Friday there were lots of customer in the store.They seriously need to upgrade their food quality. Or the company need to check on them for sure.
