Stewart’s Towing

Accidentally killed my car battery called CAA and they sent out Anthony from Stewart's Towing. He was very professional and a really nice guy. Anthony arrived lickety-split to help boost the car battery and got it up and running again and even offered advice on how quickly recharge the battery. Really good customer service, thanks again Anthony

This was the best experience I have ever had with a towing company. My boyfriend and I often look back on our trip that was saved by Neil, an amazing employee of this company, after our car broke down. Our safety and enjoyment of our trip to Tobermory was saved thanks to him! Neil you were extremely helpful and we will never forget your generosity and kindness!

Neil was a godsend! Being stranded over 4 hours from home and having to wait 24 hours for our tow due to CAA rules, we were so lucky to have been assigned Neil. He offered to tow the vehicle to a safe location for the waiting period, brought us a little closer to home in doing so. In the end he hosted us for hours until a ride could arrive. All that aside, the service from this business is impeccable, professional, and knowledgeable. I would recommend this business to anyone!!

We have used this company several times. Neil was our first driver who helped us, and we have always called to request him to help us out. He is so super nice and professional and absolutely gets the job done!! His sense of humour defintely helps out in a stressful time and we so appreciate all he has done and continues to do! :)

I needed my battery boosted and the service person, Anthony showed up at the exact time provided, fully prepared for the job with a voltage tester and an adequately sized battery booster. He was very courteous and gentle and ensured a great interaction. I recommend this service and the 5-stars I am giving feels under-rated.

They are the most honest company I have ever come across. It was a true pleasure dealing with them and my 70vplus kilometer flatbed tow. The driver was absolutely outstanding with my dog King Leo. Leo took to her right away. My nerves were bad but the company and the driver relaxed me. I must repeat that they are so honest with the mistake in the cost of my tow and refunded the excess. They even brought it to where I live. I never would have known. Their honesty gave me hope that good people still exist. Thank you Stewart's Towing!

AMAZING experience with this company. We Were stranded due to poor planning in the Bruce peninsula area at around 3am. There were no gas stations open till 6 am. Steward towing helped us out and got us some fuel, they were extremely friendly and very fast in getting there. Thank you so much Neil! We are so grateful for the service we received this morning!!Call this company if you are in need!!!!

What a great business. The drivers are real pros. I have used them multiple times in the past year and they have been great especially Neil -- he is amazing! A couple of weeks ago I lost my car keys and he even spent an hour trying to help me find them -- above and beyond the call of duty. Can't recommend them enough!

Exceptional customer service and cannot recommended highly enough! I had to have my car towed from Dyer’s Bay to my car dealership in Owen Sound and the driver, Neil Richardson , came very quickly to tow the car and stayed at the dealership with me until I had an idea what was wrong with my vehicle. It needed to stay at the dealership overnight so Neil then offered to drive me back to Dyer’s Bay, which was 1.5 hours away. From the time he first came to tow the car, driving to and waiting with me at the dealership and then driving me home was a 5 hour job and demonstrated such a high level of care for me as a customer. This week we had a mechanical issue with our car while visiting Tobermory. Although there was a wait for their service due to high call volume, when Anthony arrived he was pleasant, professional, and very efficient. He maneuvered his big rig in a small roadway and loaded our vehicle onto the flatbed with no issue. Anthony’s efforts were appreciated. The most important thing, is that our car got towed and was transferred safely by Anthony.
