Big supermarket with all the departments even the clothing department. However, when I go Mondays, it appears as if they often run out of the items that are on sale for that week’s flyer.

Few days ago we were shopping to buy 10 chairs and 5 tables but store didn’t have all in stock . Customer service representative called other stores to see who might have in stock and found out that Rachel street Provigo had in stock. Very good service was given and I am fully satisfied with service and the knowledge they had . Highly recommended….

This is my regular grocery store. It has good points, bad points and indifferent points. Like most chain grocery stores, the prices have exploded enormously since Covid. Generally I know what I want to buy and only deal with the cashiers at the end of my trips. It's mostly for them that I give the 3 stars.

A staff member who claimed to be the store manager was very rude and falsely accused me of shoplifting. Even though I had the bill, he asked me to show all my bagged items. It is very disappointing to see your store manger behave this way.

Honestly I’m disgusted, I purchased a lamb shoulder and when I got home and opened it, the meat was spoiled. It smelled sour and rotten. 35.00 down the drain. How can the managers at this store allow that to happen?! Are you waiting for people to die of food poisoning!? Totally f$&king gross!!!

I normally shop at Metro but if I need something for the house I'll stop here. Prices always seem a bit higher but the selection is better than your average store. Especially good range of supplements and natural foods. Docking one star because they close earlier than other stores.

Have contacted the butcher to ask availability of certain beef cut I had a coupon for. His reply was , call and give me a couple ours and cut it for you. What a wonderful service , like the old days . Congrats , these employees deserve recognition. Will keep shopping there . BY the way , the butcher is NIck.

Nice store, range of goods, plenty of parking, etc. But you don't shop here for the best prices. Items not on sale can be quite expensive.
