Fantastic place, great people, if ever you are confused on what to get, ask them and they will help you find the right fit. I was able to fit a family house in a 16' truck, 2 bedroom and trucks are really clean and well maintained.

I can't say enough about the service team at Enterprise on George Street. I booked the heavy duty cargo van online and I made a reminder in my calendar to call the day before to make sure my reservation was in order but the team at Enterprise beat me to it and called me two days before. They asked some terrific questions about my move and provided great tips on which route would be the least busy and save mileage. Kudos to the Enterprise team for being so friendly, courteous and professional.

We rented a truck from this esatblishment in July of 2022. We can't thank the staff and manager enough for the way they took Care of us. After we loaded the truck, a 20 footer, we headed for our destination. The truck broke down in a part of northern Ont. Luckily we had opted to purchase roadside assistance as It was a long haul. To make this story short roadside didn't seem concerned about us, but I'm sure Entrprise has made known to them, that their customers are always first. We ended up having my niece come pick us up. In the morning we contacted Kelly at Enterprise, she apologized right away with our story, and got a hold of the Manager Tom, they towed the truck back to barrie, and had another truck there, and Tom and Tyler proceeded to hand balm our furniture onto the replacement truck. We cannot thank them enough for turning our situation into a renewing of our faith in choosing this company to move with. Hats off to the crew running Enterprise at this location. The roadside gets a minus 1, but this group at Enterprise gets a 20 plus, out of 10 for their quick response to the problem, the manager and his assistant helping hand balm the truck, and Kelly for supporting our needs. May our Father in Heaven bless this company in abundnce knowing they have gone beyond helping His children and giving them a rate suitable from the situation.Thank you so much God Bless

Having to rent a van due to my vehicle involved in an accident. Being in the logistics business, I required the appropriate vehicle to suit. The staff from first point of contact to the end of the rental period were communicative, professional and friendly.We picked up the rental vehicle from Enterprise, George St, Barrie.Our vehicle was being repaired in Collingwood, customer satisfaction prevailed and Enterprise arranged to have their vehicle collected from the Collingwood repair centre. This in turn saved me time and money driving to Barrie to drop off the rental, as I reside in Wasaga Beach. Excellent service, thank you for a good experience.

When I had a bomb dropped on my by another rental company that couldn't fill what I needed even though I had reserved 3 weeks ahead, I turned to the Enterprise location in Barrie to help me out in an emergency. Tom and Thomas went above and beyond to help me out, they were absolutely amazing. I would recommend this Enterprise location over any other rental company, they are the best!
