Our 8 year old Portuguese Water Dog, Philly can be kind of nervous meeting new groomers not to mention she had knee surgery just 8 weeks earlier, Cutie Paws really took great care of Philly. Christa's tone and patience with Philly despite Philly having a meltdown was really comforting. We're so grateful that we found a groomer in Penticton that we feel comfortable with! Thanks again

I took my dog Pepper (yorkiepoo) who is pregnant, which was disclosed before drop off and kinda asked to be careful!! they botched her hair cut and gave her a big cut from siccsiors under her chin on the neck!!! They could have caused some real damage or cut my little girls throat! I do not recommend seeing this groomer and I will not be returning-they are not experienced!!!! Terrible just terrible

Cutie Paws grooming has been our groomer for 2 years now,Mr.Claudius is a dense haired Pomeranian and he gets a teddy bear cut , I’ve used many groomers over the last 20 years as I only own Pomeranians , cutie paws gives us skilled, professional services and good rates. We would recommend Cutie Paws happily to others..

Friendly and responsive to messages. Very professional. My senior Yorkie was way overdue for a full groom and he was taken very good care of. He came home looking like a puppy (super cute). I will definitely return.

My daughter brought her pregnant dog Pepper to this business and left completely devastated! The owner nearly cut our dogs throat and the haircut was very patchy and uneven. As a family we do not recommend visiting this business. My daughter contacted the owner as per her message on my daughter review and the owner failed to notify my daughter about the cut incident which she was not caring or compassionate about the situation but admitted to it.
