I’ve frequented this location for many years. No idea what’s going on recently but I won’t go back. The last 3 times I’ve gone they completely messed up my order, both food and coffee. I said I’d never go back but today I grabbed a coffee thinking they couldn’t mess that up. I asked for 2 cream, one sugar. Pretty simple. They repeated 2 cream, 2 sugar at the window. I said no, 2 cream, 1 sugar please. They repeated this CORRECTLY and made me a new coffee. I got home and it was maybe a drop of cream and way to much sugar. If they can’t even get a coffee right, forget about ordering food. Never again. There’s enough locations to choose from.EDITYears later I made the mistake of returning. My son and I ordered breakfast sandwiches yesterday and both were served on disgusting moldy English muffins. Of course we returned them and were granted a refund. While I was very calm and polite about it I received nothing but rudeness and death stares. How dare I complain about moldy food!Today I see a post from a friend who picked up a moldy English muffin breakfast sandwich. It is beyond acceptable that they would serve such garbage, KNOWINGLY, 2 days in a row. It’s gone from one of the best locations to one of the worst since these owners took over. How can anyone even serve this?!?!

Whether dine in or take out, my order always has an error. I order a large coffee with 2 creams and each time I have gotten a dbl/dbl. This has happened a handful of times. The store is unkept. Tables have been dirty each time i have gone in. The service is quite bad. They really need to work on the customer experience. Today was a poor take out issue. I am sure the timbits i bought for the office were at least a day old. They were stale. I will never go to this Tim Hortons again.

I go here once a day. Service and general drive thru times have gotten better.Sometimes they forget there is two lines in the drive thru . So you get skipped.They need to bench mark other tim Hortons when it comes to glazing chocolate donuts . Simply don't add enough.

25 min in the drive through… so far.ONE car has gone through the order box.this is THE SLOWEST Tim Hortons on Earth.Plan to spend at least 10-15 min per visit in the drive-thru for one coffee.edit - 2 years living in dundas now - nothing has changed. they changed the drive thru layout, but not the motivation of their staff. i like to keep trying occasionally, but i’m ALWAYS let down.

Staff over here is not so good. We order veggie wrap and they gave us chicken wrap when we complained about this they behaved like we made a mistake and talk us rudely. I visit so many Tim Hortons but the staff over here is worst.

If you're looking for a coffee spot in Dundas, you may want to steer clear of the Tim Hortons location. My recent experience there was extremely disappointing, with poor in-store customer service and a general lack of cleanliness. The location already has a Google rating under 3 stars, and it's not hard to see why.First of all, the washroom was in terrible condition and should not have been open for use. It appeared as though it hadn't been cleaned in days, and the smell was unbearable. Even worse, there were no signs indicating that the washroom was out of order, which could lead to some unfortunate accidents.To make matters worse, despite the large number of staff members on hand during my visit, the customer service was terrible. The staff seemed disinterested and unengaged, making it clear that customer satisfaction was not a top priority.Given these issues, I'm strongly considering contacting public health and Tim Hortons head office to report the poor conditions at this location. I'd strongly recommend avoiding this Tim Hortons altogether, as there are much better options nearby. For example, the McDonald's location across the street is clean, well-staffed, and provides a much better overall experience.

I never review fast food places because I know how frustrating a job it can be. However, this Tim Hortons restaurant has the absolute worst customer service I have ever seen. The people working at least in the drive thru are incredibly rude and unprofessional. It's happened thrice now where I placed an order, they didn't read it back or acknowledge what I said. After waiting for about 10 seconds they ask again for my order as if I'm the next customer and when I repeat the order they say yes we got that. Today though this happened again but when I went to the window to pay, they said they didn't get my order. Then the lady who took the order in the first place can to the window to give ME flack for some reason, telling me I can't just go to the window to order, I need to go back through the drive thru (even though I did place my order and she just never acknowledged it and told me to drive through?) Whoever runs this franchise needs to do a review of their customer service, it's brutal. Just go across the street to McDonald's, they have way better service.

every time i come through my food is undercooked or completely wrong, ordered a grilled cheese today and specified that i wanted it WITHOUT bacon and when i got home i opened it to see it had meat on it (i don’t eat bacon) so i couldn’t even eat what i paid for. very disappointed.

Worst experience at a Tim Hortons ever:1- 15 minute wait due to an error with taking my order2- trainee staff can’t do find the vanilla as he wasn’t trained properly. And two senior staff laughed at him instead of them showing him where to find it.3- they did not offer the meal options as all other branches do.4- the Turkeymelt is totally dry! No sauce whatsoever!Never come here again

I recently moved to Dundas, and have been a daily Tim’s customer for many many years across the country. This Tim Horton’s is the absolute worst franchise across the country, 1 star is actually too high. Horrible customer service. Drive thru workers handle money and then hand you your coffee with their hands all over the lid. Absolutely disgusting. Orders are constantly wrong. Food is stale and this morning bad, my breakfast sandwich tasted foul. They are constantly running out of ingredients and don’t tell you until after you’ve paid, or they offer and in some cases just give you double sausage on an egg an cheese when out of egg, yuck. The workers are rude and have not been trained properly. Stay far away from this location. The location on highway 5 and highway 6 is well worth the drive.
