Sorry guys I been sick since I ate last two weeks back from your side(Iam celiac)ordered gluten free pizza ,I think somone mixed it or whatever,I got sick after eating .I thought to wait but it's been two weeks nowI can't eat anything ,went to hospital finally for blood test and ultra sound.Got stomach infection.

Hilarious place! Good for pizza after a party because they are open until 1am. But don't expect service. We had to go in the kitchen to tell the people that we are waiting to be seated. Other people coming after us faced the same problem. Pizza was okay because we where hungry. The candy bowl beside the till was full with empty papers. I think more frustrated customers...

Every Time we try to ask them for Dine in. Service is always rude even taking put Order. Hoping some one else open a new location for at least DINE IN until 9.

I ordered pizza through aap. I went there with my family. I was not aware that we are not able to dine-in if we ordered online. Their Dine-in was open so we requested them instead of taking out could we dine in. The manager said no. She said we need to place the order in store to dine in. They have weird rules. We have to cancel the order and place it in-store. Ok… but we can’t place the same order. That is so weird. The other girl was very polite to us but manager was very rude to us. Eventually we canceled the whole order.

The food is usually decent but the service is more than not lacking greatly! And unfortunately unless we're going straight after work we can never get in to eat since their done in closes at 7pm. Can't wait until the smaller second location opens up in town so we can at least do carry out!

Placed an order online, called to change from carryout to delivery. Staff was rude, said no one can deliver because he doesn't have enough drivers. Asked him to cancel order, was very abrupt and hung up on a very rude way.

I ordered pizza and it paid through the Pizza Hut website and it showed as a debit retail purchase on my banking statement but they said I didn’t pay it and wouldn’t give it to me when they showed up. I asked the guy to give me it and I’d pay tomorrow if it actually didn’t come and that it’s all I would have for dinner cause I don’t get paid until tomorrow. He didn’t care and said no even though it showed the transaction came out of my bank. So rude.

It's the only Pizza Hut in town so you don't have a choice if your heart is set on a Panormous or Stuffed Crust pizza; but it is hot, cherry, and good which is what you want in a pizza. The staff needs to pay more attention to the counter and their customers and listen more carefully as well. But all in all, you get what you pay for.
