Nice spa with a view on a lake and mountains. The highlight though, was the restaurant. I tried the 3 course menu Sugar Shack Inspired" and it was out of this world. Hat's off to the chef.One note I would like to add (very subjective) :1. There is no "organic" indications on where everything is or a "suggested path" to follow. I would've appreciated also a description of the saunas and some information on how long to stay at one sauna for optimal relaxation etc."

This place is beautifully serene. The vast options leave nothing more to be desired. Ample saunas and steam rooms with varying temperatures and humidity levels between them are great. Choose from hot water, cool, freezing or even fresh from the river. Amazing experience.

This place is truly breath taking, the view from the lounge gives you sight over the lake and oversees a few mountains. The staff is absolutely wonderful but most of all if you wish to relax than there is no better place to stay. You can receive a massage, do yoga, eat mouth watering food, go to the beach, and so much more. If you are looking for a place to visit while in the area to see the beauty and experience true bliss than I highly recommend you come visit.

We went to Balnea on Friday morning, and it wasn't crowded at all. The spa is very clean and calming, and everybody respects being silent in the area.The staff were nice and welcoming.I wish there were more than one hot tub, but overall, I enjoyed my experience with Balnea Spa.

Went for my birthday and had the best time . The attention to detail is top notch. The robes are so plush and lovely and have hoods! Food is also yummy. It's such a beautifully designed spa

2 times in the spa, always beautiful experience . Classy, clean and excellent service . Tried the restaurent was very good both times . The scenery is breathtaking , the facilities are excellent … beautiful peaceful escape

Gorgeous and secluded spa with an amazing layout. So many different baths and saunas to experience while surrounded by nature, and there's access to a lake as well in the summertime with elevated seating areas and more baths! So many things to explore, I can't wait to go back again! Everyone working there was friendly and helpful. Wonderful experience. (We only took photos out front as phones are not permitted inside the actual spa - such a relief, honestly.)

I had an amazing experience at this spa by the lake. The location is breathtaking and adds to the relaxing atmosphere of the spa. The staff were welcoming and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. My regular massage was excellent, and the therapist was very skilled and attentive to my needs. The facility was very clean, and the ambiance was very soothing. I left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. I would highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of daily life.

What an incredible place! Our last day in Canada before flying home to UK was spent here after a few days skiing. It was just what we needed. Several hot tubs, plunge pools, sauna and steam rooms. No phones allowed. Overall, an atmosphere of total calm. Highly recommended.

I feel like I visited a bit of heaven today. Absolutely beautiful facility, with lovely service. I received an amazing massage from Natalia, followed by a refreshing body scrub from Pascale. I would highly recommend both. I spent the rest of the day rotating between sauna, thermal pool, and plunge pool. Doesn't get much better that a warm soak with snow falling on your face.
