Went for Vinyl planks and baseboards. Got the reasonable and better price than other stores. Store owner Mr. Omar is friendly and had a pleasant experience with him. He was on time and responding well even after sales.

Not only did Balance flooring provide an excellent service but the quality of their products was A+. Pricing was fair, delivery was on time as promised and was very accommodating! Our kitchen was fully renovated and when tiling began on the floor, we were short a few pieces. Picked it up within a couple days to complete the job.The last thing done was the backsplash. Literally needed 1 more mosaic tile but this was special ordered from New Jersey. He accommodated and ordered the 1 piece I needed to finish the kitchen.Looking forward to working with Omar again in the near future to do our hardwood flooring. Great place reasonable prices on majority of the items.I bought 99% of my tiles from here. I was given extra discount on top of sale price.The delivery was on time when I ordered the MDF baseboards. They were way cheaper than your big box store.Excellent customer service with help loading most of the item's bought plus after sale customer service.I still have my kitchen to renovate I know where I'll be purchasing my next flooring and tiles.Definitely suggest check Balance Flooring out before you waste your gas and time

The variety of material and customer service is excellent. We redid our basement apartment and bought our kitchen backsplash, custom bathroom tiling, and entire tiled flooring from here. They were professional and great to work through the whole process. Omar helped us choose tiles based on the colours we wanted and took the time to speak to us over the phone when we were unsure how to lay the tiles. I would highly would recommend them.
