Dont waste your time if you are cash patient . Your only fault is you are visitor in this country. We booked appoinment for medical at 10am they let us sit for 2 hours and take all customers you came after us coz they have health card we are paying cash . Shame on policies shame on staff my old parents sick tired wait for 3 hours we will never come back

Does not care about the welfare of her patients. Refused to send government requested documents and made her patient do it for themselves when it was specified that she needed to do it. Also became cold and distant with treatment after patient divulged their mental health state.

Dr Tatlay and her receptionist very rude plus racist. There is no negative rating, otherwise I would give her -5. Very long wait time even after the appointment. I had appointment at 12.50pm, receptionist said Dr. works till 1pm. I waited for more than 2 hour to see the dr, then how she worked until 1 pm. She didn’t even listen the problem, how she will find the solution. Never recommend her to anyone.

You are better to go to a walk in clinic.. very rude thank God she is not my doctor. Unpleasant and cuts you off when you try to talk. Worried about the quantity of patients not the quality. Definitely will not be back with the person I go with to help..

The worst doctor ever. She was very disrespectful with my daughter she came in with a cough and the doctor told to her to stay back ,I understand that you dont wanna get sick but as a doctor it is your job to treat patients that are sick so you have to be respectful with your patients.

Not recommend. Had to make an appointment almost 3 weeks prior for an immigration medical exam. Arrived on time, waited over an hour and now I’m still waiting. I understand clinics are busy but What’s the point of an appointment which was made 3 weeks before? It’s not a walk-in. Never again.

Not good at all!, I understand that it was my fault that I missed my appointment and did not informed earlier; however, they were told me that I have to pay for that and receptionist also told me that Dr. will charge cash $200 and will not give you any receipt.

If I could give 0 for this place, I would, but the receptionist scheduled my appointment, did not confirm that the doctor would be in the office for my immigration medical exam. They called me and said, oh, we made a mistake and the doctor will not be in. THANK GOD i was able to find another doctors office that was able to take me. NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT

Dr.Tatlay is the best doctor giving to me anytime that I need in the day any type of Specialist if I need Dr. Tatlay really care about my health, and other people that I know. although Dr. Tatlay tried to put her heart in the job and she have more clients at the same time, because Dr. Tatlay want to help a lot of people and it's not her fault that she is late sometimes, she is my doctor for many, many years. And I know she is listening to her clients and tried to make the right decision for them. She never disappointed me.
