I am really impressed when I see the positive comments that people have about this company. Unfortunately for bad luck or for a misunderstanding my experience so far it has been bad. In accordance with the service department they would pick up my motorcycle 3 days ago and not only did not appear but did not return the calls I made when I was waiting and neither they answered me the email that I sent them at that time, zero communication or apology !! Nor did they told me that they could not arrive either, absolutely nothing! So I wonder, how a company with this review index can you commit a foul as extreme as it is? I am still waiting for them to communicate with me, to explain what happened and see if they can change the experience I had.

Sweet place to go and take a look at some awesome bikes. They treat you well and they have a good selection of helmets, riding gear and accessories. Lots of great events too. Get on their mailing list. It's one you won't regret being on !!

Got a new bike a couple of years ago from Brian who listened to my needs and found a bike within my budget. I plan to go back here to get my next bike.Recently I visited for scheduled maintenance and Kelly took the time to help me experience a brand I'd never had a chance to ride even though I was just there for a service and I so appreciated it. Regarding maintenance, Xavier was great to deal with and very communicative and efficient.I've never liked any dealership experience as they've always felt so ingenuine but I actually like to visit High road Langley and it's 100% due to the people. Plus there was a staff member who used to bring in their Great Dane pup so not just the people I guess.

I suppose a One Star Rating" is a pretty telling commentary in itself on my experience with High Road.The names of the chuckleheads involved will not be revealed.This is an old tale told many times of Inept and witless individuals that turn a relatively mundane task into a flaming clown car plunging over a cliff.I inquired online about purchasing a set of brake pads for my K1200 RS. A salesperson promptly replied that they had what I desired in stock

My experience with the apparel department in this store is outstanding! The staff knows what you need and present to you all the other options for the function that you are looking for. I have been here for most of my gear and I will always come back here for riding gear needs.

I truly cannot speak highly enough about the dealership and its teamService department has always gone above and beyond to accommodate me at every visit and answered all of my questions and concerns.( Xavier especially)The sales team are engaging, polite and extremely knowledgeable , Brian is a pleasure to meet wherever I go.I would recommend Highroad Langley to anyone with a passion for BMW , Ducati or motorbikes in general.

This place deserves more than 5 stars.My experience here was THE BEST that I have had after owning a few bikes. Kelly is the guy who took me par to my dream bike very smoothly. I was in talk with him by email and he was super prompt and positively responsive. This place gives importance to the passion rather than what bike you are buying or how much you are paying. The store is nice and well organised, the parts staff is real quick in installing items and the person who ran me through the bike on delivery (I forgot his name) was very sound with knowledge and very informative.Awesome place of you think BMW / Ducati.
