Along with hundreds of other pool owners, last week's record breaking rainfall in Toronto wreaked havoc with my backyard pool. Half of the garden washed away into the pool leaving it black and disgusting. As usual, Holiday Pool was over the very next day and worked tirelessly to restore it to perfection over the course of the week. The service they have provided me over the years has been impeccable; They are professional, caring, honest, and extremely reliable. Far and away the very best in the business!!!! I would HIGHLY recommend them.

I have to agree with the last review. Michael and his team are fantastic to work with. They have always come when they said they would and have taken great care of our pool for the past 20 years.

Anytime I have an issue they are very responsive and always do the best thing for the customer. I had an issue with my pool pump and thought I needed a new one. Rather than have me buy a new one they fixed the 15 yr old pump for a lot less money. They are reliable, honest always doing the right thing. I highly recommend them.

I called Holiday Pool Service and spoke with the owner on a reference from a leak detection service. They clearly have a loyal following and have demonstrated competence among their customer base. They were initially responsive and sent out a technician to inspect and diagnose an unresolved problem that did not allow the system to operate. A note was left that indicated the owner would follow up with me. Several days passed without a call from the company .Despite leaving four messages over a period of a week, we still did not receive a response. Two weeks later I receive an e mail with a lame excuse that due to unforseen circumstances they cannot take on a new service contract. Highly unprofessional and very disappointing. They may be competent but appear to know very little about customer service. They could have saved me two weeks of down time by being straight forward with me from the outset.

Fantastic response great service and priced right

Holiday pool services takes care of my mom and dad‘s pool. I called them the day after they closed the pool thinking that they had left an oil mark on the driveway. As it turns out, it was actually my car, not their truck! I was assured that they check their trucks all the time to ensure this doesn’t happen... they still returned right away and cleaned up the mess that my car made! Super great people, thank you for your kindness and generosity.
