Tried Chucks Roadhouse for the first time. I already knew about the “Honest to Goodness Fee(3%)” before going in so it didn’t really bother me.The service was slow as usual. Service was also slow when it was previously Crabby Joes.The food was Mediocre. The salted garlic bread was too salty and greasy.I tried the lobster tail and steak. The lobster tail was very small and looked like it was deep fried. The steak was good.The dessert prices were reasonable. They looked better than they tasted. Really sweet. If you have a sweet tooth you will probably like the coconut cream pie.Overall it was ok. The menu didn’t have a wide variety of foods. Prices were surprisingly lower than most restaurants.Don’t think we will be going back anytime soon.

Food is great, and the prices are better. While Boston Pizza, Swiss Chalet, Lone Star, and Kelsey's get more overpriced and lower their food quality and sizes, I find Chucks is not doing this. As long as they continue with the half priced apps, I will continue coming to Chucks.

Edit: Removed the name of the original waitress because I don't know her personal situation. Whatever it is I hope it works itself out.Review: Ordered food with drinks from waitress 1. Waited 15 minutes for our drinks. Nothing. Had to ask another waitress to bring them. Waited another 15 minutes for food, but nothing. Apparently waitress 1 didn't even put our food order in. Had to get the other waitress to put order in. Had to wait a very long time, but the food we finally received was very good. Thanks to Kylie" for stepping in and taking over. We also were given 50% off our bill."

Service was very slow but it was not the fault of the servers who were nice. Food was fairly good. Chuck is the best bang for the buck. Just here and there they do come short but this time it was good. It was the graduation night, and they miscalculated .

Compared to hespler road location. This is night and day man. A beautifully cooked medium rare steak, seasoned lobster, beautiful fries and great service. All essential components of a good steak experience. Im in awe. Good job guys. (If you want check out my review on the hespler road loacation for context.)

Waited 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge us even though one of the waitress was cleaning tables in front of us. I went for apps around 11PM and was planning on buying actual food but I was informed at 1120 that the grill was OFF?! I don't understand how you turn off the grill over an hour before the restaurant closes and the waitresses were already packing up for the night. Awful service avoid this place no wonder they're empty on a Saturday night. Good luck

This will be the last time our family eats a Chucks Roadhouse. The experience today would be zero starts if I could give it. Service wasn’t good. But most of all the. The side salad had no dressing, croutons were stale. They forgot the lobster with my meal. My husband’s chicken wings seem to be deep fried previously and then heated and soggy. They came out in less than 5 min. Gravy is runny and it just seems that this location is on a downward spiral. It’s unfortunate because the prices are great and it seems to be a big franchise.

As a business owner. This is my go to place. I've met the owner and he is very polite and friendly. He really cares that customers are happy and that they enjoy their meal. I usually get the steak and lobster tail that's my favorite. The staff here are friendly and always checking on us. They always have a smile and always in a happy mood. I really recommend the surf and turf and also the BBQ ribs, they are amazing! Enjoy :)

We visited Chucks Roadhouse on Dundas for the 1st time. It was great. Our server was Ms. Brianna. She was so pleasant and very attentive.The food was soo good and delicious.We had The Porterhouse Steak, Chicken Club, Fish & Chips, Chicken Fingers with Fries and the Big Chuck Burger.

Worst experience ever received in any Resturant . Ordered food , Waited for nearly an hour with kid and wife , waitress came back saying she didn’t place the order properly . She asked to reorder , she took our order again , waited for 15 min more . Finally left without any food at 11:30 pm , Friday night well spent with family . Lifetime lesson learnt not to revisit again . Definitely not recommend
