These guys are the best to deal with. If you want good service and fair dealings, go shop and deal with these guys. I picked up a great Cub Cadet mower at a great deal. Awesome experience. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Had to create a custom exhaust flange.Gave my idea to them and they created it perfectly. Definitely will be back. This project tractor gives me nightmares.

Even if you are not a DeWalt or Cub Cadet fan like me, check these guys out for all your small engine and chainsaw needs.I ordered 2 Oregon Harvester chains at Lefebvre 2 weeks ago @60 each, still not in. Before ordering I took a chain in for sharpening and got it back worse than it was in a very dull state which cost me hundreds in production and loads of wasted time .Finally ordered here, took 2 days and each chain was $39 .Great service , felt like a customer.

A little bit expensive compared to online, but they always either have the part or have good advice on a substitute. Have never been disappointed or left empty-handed, even when looking for non-standard parts. Recommended.

Great place to deal with lots of parts in stock and fast to receive what they dont have on hand. Chris the parts guy/salesman is verry smart and has great customer service skills and he's gotta be the best parts guy arround!

For all your Cub Cadet needs, parts and most importantly great deals. I've dealt my 2nd machine with him in 2 years, had him work on my previous purchases from another dealer that couldn't fix my problems. Worth the drive!

Will not do business with R&R Small Engine ever again! I called May 3/2023 to ask for pricing and schedule maintenance for my lawn tractor. The person who answered the phone was somewhat abrupt. After some shopping around for other prices I called them back and stated that I thought their prices were too expensive. He answered “then go to Cornwall” and hung up the phone in my face. After trying to call back several times he wouldn’t answer my calls. I then blocked my number and he answered. I asked who his boss was and he hung up again!!!. Terrible customer service!!! Will never deal with them again!!! Your company just lost money because of an agressive incompetent person you put in charge to answer the phone.
