Sheffield auto services had one of the best customer service skills I’ve ever dealt with in the auto industry. I called to ask what time they closed and they said 5pm and unfortunately we were only able to make it for 5:30pm and so they stayed later for us which we really appreciated and then brought my vehicle into the garage immediately. Thank you for such amazing service Sheffield auto services!!

Being person/customer that has had very bad experiences in the pass with crooked, disorganized and dishonest mechanics. It’s with great relief that I was happy to get referred to the great father and son team at Sheffield Auto. Great shop clean and organized, they offer amazing customer service with the necessary fully certified knowledge to work on your vehicle. So if your looking for honest pricing, top notch mechanics in a clean and up to date shop setting. Fair rates on parts and labour, and outstanding customer service. Alex went above and beyond while repairing a coolant leak on my vehicle. He kept me involved throughout the work he was performing, and put in a lot of effort in to make sure that we still got the job done before shop close, after an incorrect part order mishap on the dealership's part caused us delays. I will definitely go back here for service in future.

Very bad experience. I visited him and he did wheel alignment, but he didn't do a good job, after two month of driving, it damaged two new tires in the back and I changed the tires and did alignment again in another place. Here is my story: This guy did alignment for me with new tires. After two months, I went to another mechanic for another service, the mechanic said your car needs alignment and you should change the two tires in the back. I said I have done alignment two months ago, then I went to another mechanic for changing the tires and did alignment again. I told the mechanic please I don't want to change the tires every two months, just make sure if the car has a problem that caused this tire damage. The new mechanic told me that the problem was only alignment. So, I went back to this guy with my damaged tires and asked them why they did this low quality of job, why they cheat. I asked for refund (the money doesn't matter, I don't pay a dollar for cheating). He said you come back after two months, I said I just noticed that my new tires got damaged because of your bad job. Then, he said maybe your car has a problem and damaged the tires not the alignment. I said the new mechanic who did new alignment said the car has No issue. the problem is only alignment. Anyway, at the end, he didn't refund me, I said ok, but I will write my very bad experience on Google, he said do whatever you do. Never Never visit this guy for alignment. I have attached my damaged tires with this comment. The tires were new before.

Unprofessional. They broke a part on my car. Staff unfriendly. Dishonest check up and pricing! Never going back to this shop.

The worst experience ever. Don’t fall for their trap. They will do the work for you and would say you have 1 month, if anything happens bring it back.But when you call they will say, oh I will have to charge you. Even if it was in the due time of 1 month.They also make lame excuses for not sticking to their word. Initially, one of the guys over the phone said 1 month, if anything happens and then when I said it is only two weeks. Then he changed the statement saying oh it is more than a week. Now I can’t do anything.Pathetic!!!!Worst experience. Won’t recommend anyone.

This is the best auto shop I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. Excellent services and excellent craftsmanship. No time wasted; quick, accurate and fair quotes. I bring my car there for small and big work. Had my tires, alignement and breaks done there. Would recommend 100%!
