LASIK MD

The staff were amazing. I have deep sockets and to get the scans are tough to get. The ladies that did my scans were amazing and friendly. My surgeon did a great job. He made sure I understood everything that was happening in the operating room, and made me feel very comfortable. The after care was explained to me very clear with easy to follow instructions. The sheet that they sent home with me made keeping the drop schedule easy as well.Thank you Lasik MD for the great experience.

The team of Lasik MD is professional and knowledgeable, answered all my questions and concerns. I had a surgery with them, they fixed my -7 eyesight and now I can drive without glasses. I still need to wear reading glasses, but it wasn't a surprise because it was the first thing they warned me about. So I appreciated the transparency and the professionalism.

It was a pleasant experience, the surgeon helped reassured me before and during the operation due to me being nervous.The followup appointment the next day went well, Amber checked my eyes and the healing process was going smoothly.Highly recommend to anybody and everybody to make the decision to get their eyes done, it was worth it to see again without glasses and my eyesight is better now than when I had glasses.

Got my LASIK surgery done 2 days ago and I can’t put into words how happy I am, I urge anyone that has vision as bad as I did to come to this place and see if you’re a candidate, Everyone I spoke to was very professional and answered all my questions, incredible staff and quite friendly too, 2 people that come to mind that I’m extra grateful for are, My surgeon Dr. Ghislain who is incredibly talented. And amber who did my post surgery follow up care the next day, excellent people!!!Get it done at this place I promise you won’t regret it!

Velma has particularly been very patient to listen and accommodating. She has a very pleasing personality and reassures me calmly on my concerns.I had my eye surgery August of 2022 and needed to reassure myself that everything is fine after experiencing blurriness on my right eye. I do remember that during the surgery, the staff has been pleasantly accommodating and through the procedure, they have all been very caring and prompt to keep you posted and checks up on your status.I would highly recommend LASIK MD to qualified applicants because it has changed my focus on this I did not find pleasing before like being able to read clearly while driving and sightseeing. I can now even wear sunglasses without my eyeglasses and wear makeup however style knowing it will be appreciated without the eyeglasses now.

Messed up my medical charts that they sent to the surgery clinic so my disability was not appropriately accommodated for (despite my explicit requests during consultation). This resulted in a truly awful surgery experience. I was too tired/nervous the morning of my surgery to confirm they had my records correct (also because why should I have to confirm?) so I received “care” that left me in incredible pain and emotional distress, only to be told the next day that if they had HAD my full chart, I would have been handled according to an existing protocol they have in place and adhered to all my requested accommodations, which would have drastically improved my surgery experience. I am fairly convinced the surgical complications I experienced were due to this mistake. The surgery seems to have worked, and most of the staff were lovely to interact with, but keep your eye out the whole time for billing errors (I had to correct some) and make sure you advocate for yourself frequently and loudly.

Got mine done in 2017 and all is good. I gotta say the staff here is a kind lot. Great service, very understanding and yet professional. Definately recommend getting urs done here !

I have always wanted to get rid of my glasses and contacts so I decided to book a consultation at LASIK MD. A lot of my good friends have had it done and say it was the best thing they’ve ever done. I don’t like surgeries but the whole LASIK staff made me feel comfortable and by explaining the process and side effects, I was ready to do it. I am very happy I did and highly recommend this daily life changing procedure! Thank you, Dr. Dorey, best eye surgeon out there!

Such a great place to be. Velma Veloria spent a lot of time with me making sure I knew all there was to know about my surgery. Such a interesting, kind and ready to lend an ear about any concerns. Very positive experience. Also, Jesse, don't know his last name, all but held my hand day of surgery, I was pretty nervous, but reassurance every step of the way. Thank you so much.

It's been 23 years I'm wearing glasses and each year the number keeps increasing which was not okay. Had some suggestions from people who had done and with their experience, got it done. Got consultation and favourable date for surgery. All is good now to see how bright the colours are in the nature. Thank you
