First off, I have never had to order or inquire about equipment being fixed so this was my first time doing so. It was incredibly easy to contact them, I simply just called.To give context, I had to have a piece of equipment fixed and order a totally new piece of equipment. I also had to have it done within days as our Christmas dinners that we sold hinged on this equipment.I was contacted back right away and was able to stay in contact directly with them over text messages. Not only was the equipment provided when I needed it but there was check-ins, clear communication, and ongoing problem solving until the job was done.We got the equipment and something wasn't working the way I needed it to. They showed up early the next morning and it was completely fixed.I can't tell you how lovely it was to work with and communicate with someone who listened when I explained how stressful my situation was and that I needed it fixed and then to have it done.10/10 recommend.
