Had a decent weightlifting facility last year. This year it has just been not worth the money. The weightlifting room is relatively small and it's always packed, teenagers everywhere. Too many young obnoxious people that just kill the vibe of the gym, not to mention how long workouts take because all the machines are taken during the evenings and even weekends. Now it's just not worth working out at in my opinion. There are much better gyms with much more mature people

My kids love to play basketball and go swimming at the YMCA. I would love to get a membership, however I find that they do not offer a lot of exercise programs, yoga programs, Pilates ect... I've been to other YMCA's where they offered so much more. The only reason why I rated it so low. The staff is very friendly and very informative which is a plus.

The weights/gym area is a bit small, but overall great location to get in a good workout or enjoy activities with your kids.

Seems like a very clean and complete facility. Two ice surfaces, gym and pool. The one ice surface provides lots of seating on both sides of the surface.

The YMCA is really nice place for everyone. They have many activities for children and adults. There is swimming lessons that’s alright but not going to get much out of it since it is a larger group per instructor. The gym is okay too but definitely not like good life. Definitely recommend for convenience.

*SWIMMING LESSONS REVIEW*I strongly recommend you look elsewhere for swimming lessons. My review and experience is based on their Bobber/floater skill level which I registered my 3 year old for.To start - on our very first class we watched a little boy fall under the water and the swimming instructor did not notice him go under. Myself and the mother screamed for help until finally a life guard jumped in. The boy was under for about 4/5 seconds in total, however the instructor didn't notice and guard until we began screaming. The classes are 1 instructor (who will most likely be a teenager) to 6 CHILDREN! the children will range from 3-6 years of age which is totally inappropriate for that age gap and skill level. They do not ask you anything about your child and their skill level before starting. They just go straight in. The poor instructors who are young teenagers are expected to teach and tame 6 preschoolers on their own! It's totally unsafe and they are set up to fail. I was very uncomfortable for every lesson. The day I pulled my child out was mid class due to the fact that the swimming instructor left my child (was has ZERO capability to keep herself above water) to chase another little child who took off into the deeper area of the pool. She had to leave all the other 5 kids to go chase another. Which I get, but again, not safe and a very dangerous situation. They also don't have any extra life guards on the pool deck watching as the instructors are trying to teach. It's absolutely disastrous! These poor instructors are to teach, tame and make sure 6 little preschoolers are safe in a giant pool with no extra help or even a set if eyes to help.We canceled our membership and will never return. STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMENDED THE SWIMMING LESSONS FOR LITTLE KIDS.

It's great to have I go there and play Euchre and there's other games that you can participate in swimming and you name it they have all kinds of recreational activities and that's great it's beautiful that the residents of Innisfil I can participate and enjoy in these lovely activities.
