My parents made the mistake of planning a date night for their anniversary on a Thursday night when the Vikings were in town. Luckily, we had hired Aspen to take them to and from their destination as part of an anniversary present for them. They could not be more pleased with the service, Russel the driver, and overall transportation aspect of the evening. Immaculately clean vehicle, prompt service, good humor. I needed to book a ride home for our group on New Years and found the process to reserve with Aspen Limo and Car Services to be incredibly easy. They quickly assisted when I needed to change the size of our vehicle and the communications from their company were useful and prompt. The day of our service, the driver contacted me in advance to make sure all the details were correct and provided amazing customer service (even upgrading us to a nicer ride!).It was a huge relief to have a safe and secure ride home and we had a blast finishing up our NYE celebration riding in style :). Would definitely use their services again.

Used them numerous time for car service to the airport. Nice clean cars and very friendly and helpful drivers, easy to book online. The only time we ever had any type of issue with a ride they proactively reached out and made it right.

They DO NOT have commercial insurance needed to operate a limo service. I got into a car accident and with them and when I called the insurance company about my injuries, I was told they only had personal insurance on the cars. Beware. Nice guy but you’re taking a big risk getting into their car. - UPDATE - SOME of their cars MAY have commercial coverage....NOT all of them as MY insurance company had to pay for my injuries... Not sure I'd want to select a car service that I have to verify the car I'm getting into has commercial coverage. Up to you, buyer BEWARE.
