I never leave reviews but the experience I had here made me very upset. I waited in line for over 30 mins while the rogers employees were helping out other customers. As soon as one employee finished up with the customer they were helping, a group of men walked up to the front ignoring that I was waiting in line. The employee acknowledged that I was waiting for a long amount of time, however they chose to help the multiple customers that I was ahead of first. Ended up leaving after that, never coming back here for help.

A beautiful little gem in Royal City Centre. The manager is amazing, gave me great deals on the phone and plans just because my wife works in an elementary school.

NEVER GO TO THIS ROGERS KIOSK!! The Attendant Shayan" was completely incompetent. He didn't know how to sign me up for a Rogers plan and instead was pushing a CHATR product and insisted I give him my debit card. When I asked to speak to a manager

Excellent customer service experience. I got a great deal from Rashmi who is one of the rogers staff members here , she was very helpful and informative just like the other two guys , Riyaz and Yash . I have always been hesitant in changing my phone plans , but these guys made it so easy for me. Thanks , cheers!

Rizwan and Faiz at the Rogers kiosk are amazing!!! They went above and beyond to make my onboarding experience at Rogers as good as possible. They are not only incredibly nice but also very proactive and got all my issues figured out (when other Roger locations couldn't). Thank you!!!

I am long-time customer of Rogers and always visit this location for any issue I have with my services. Recently, I have visited the store to get a new phone, as I have lost my old phone. Nazmin helped me to get new phone set up and she worked very hard to get all the old phone information back, she made transition so easy and made my day.
