Centura London

Terrible experience. Waited almost two weeks for an apt due to COVID precautions which is understandable. When I get in the sales person asks what I need and I indicate tile for a whole home renovation - two bathrooms, mud room and laundry tile. I asked multiple times for help and advice and got basically nothing other than we don’t have that type as an answer. I asked for alternate suggestions, help, nothing?!Extremely frustrating experience. For such an expensive shop they offer no assistance whatsoever. Complete waste of my time. Will never purchase Centura tile again.

I absolutely love this place. I have used these guys numerous times now but I remember my very first visit, the counter staff were so professional and courteous. I was unfamiliar with Schluter's new shower system (2015) but the salesman was so knowledgeable and willing to help. I left with my new found knowledge and consequently placed a sizeable order the very next day. They have always treated me with the utmost respect and courtesy.

Amazing selection - one stop shop! All the employee's at the order desk and warehouse pick up are so helpful and friendly. As a designer this is my #1 recommended tile company to source.

First time in their showroom today, recommended by my tile installer to visit. Terrible experience with woman at the showroom counter. She’s racist and disrespectful and didn’t take the time to find out who I was. But, refused service and recommended that I go to a discount store instead. My tile installer has an account there and he works for me. I would never recommend anyone do business at this store.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Absolutely NO customer service. The associates at Centura were VERY unprofessional. Will not use Centura's business for any of my homes. Will share this experience with friends and family.Answer to the questions: This occured on Saturday in the London location - showroom. I would be ashamed of such workers.

No training the owner is very rude and very condescending

Awesome samples to check out very helpful staff but oh so many choices

Unfortunately not a positive experience at Centura. My husband and I came to find tile for our kitchen backsplash today. We spent a total of 40 minutes in the show room armed with other samples from various places intent on making a decision. Although it was steady, it wasn’t overly busy. The entire time we were in the store not one employee greeted us or asked if we needed assistance. This wouldn’t have bothered me so much, but as we were comparing samples on one of the islands a sales person came up behind me and took the Centura samples from us that we were debating on literally as we were actively talking about them. She took them to show a customer that she decided was worth her time and had come into the store after us. I took this as a sign that Centura was not the right fit for our purchase. We are currently putting an order in at a competitor where the price was also quite a bit cheaper for the same quality tile or better. As a positive that quickly allowed me to make my decision on our purchase. So thank you for saving me some time. It will also save me time for our future bathroom and laundry room projects.
