Very good. I came in for a tire patch and right away I was seen. In and out in 30 mins. The young Asian lady that helped me was super friendly and definitely into her job, which is great in any profession. Will be coming back again for other needs.

Had a scooter tire that needed some air as soon as I walked in got instantly turned away without even asking what I needed. Don't take your scooter tire there. Never coming back.

Everyone there was extremely nice and professional, but they damaged my custom finished set of wheels noticeably. I was in a rush and didn't notice until I had already left.I have made a couple of attempts to contact via email and not received anything regarding this, not even an offer for a refund of the service (which was almost $150). The wheels were in mint condition the day I arrived and left with noticeable curb rash on 3/4 wheels, as well as a massive paint tear on one wheel. Tires were also not balanced correctly.I can recommend this shop, but be extra cautious and look over the work before they finish.

Brought in my Audi suv for a wheel patch as it had a hole in the tire.They removed the rim and tire and repaired it. Brought it home to find it scratched up. Called them and asked about it , said bring it in and will look at it.Brought it back up and they said there machine could not have done it . I had taken pictures of the wheels previously before them removing with time stamps. we don't guarantee not scratching wheels " But your a wheel and tire shop ? this shouldn't happen. "itll polish out" no itll be a 200$ bill from panther for a resurface.Will never ever do business there again."

I waited about a month to write this, so that I can also give my opinion on the budget brand 'Saferich' all season tires I bought and had installed on my minivan- the tires work great. Good traction even on wet pavent and not terrible in the snow. As for the shop and the people- they are very accommodating and after my experience, I will say trustworthy. Kevin made available time that suited me, Cam addressed any concerns that I had and stood by the product and the mechanic who's name escapes me did quality work. The shop was clean and organized.

I am lucky you guys are close to my house so I will be coming regularly to you guys for all future needs. Thanks for honest service at the best price. We are very happy. Cam's 15 years+ experience there shows what incredible work and customer retention goes into the day-to-day work at BC tires and Auto Pro - way more that just a tire shop!

I’ve always had a great experience at BC Tires Auto Pro. They are very busy, but are so accommodating. I had issues finding winter tires this year with the shipping delays everywhere, but Kevin was able to get my tires air delivered in 1 day and installed the day after. I’m very happy with the quick, friendly and honest service here. Also, the prices are fair and usually the best that I can find, which is definitely a bonus! I highly recommend them :)

I found them to be friendly and professional. I bought my tires on BC circles and had them shipped here for installation. I'm a little ashamed that I didn't do more of my homework in checking prices. The installation of tires on my car was $50 per tire which made it over $200 after tax. I asked why I was so high and he said it was because it was a Tesla. When I check online for installation on Tesla's at other places I would have paid a lot less if I would have done my homework and been less lazy. However they did a good job, were courteous and I got my tires on! 4* because if I had a corolla the price would have been lower and the service was wonderful.

Kevin the manager is amazing, dropped in with a leaking tire, he was so busy still took my car in and found out the rim is damaged fixed that and charged me so less I was amazed at everything in this place. Thanks Kevin

The work is amazing and I am so excited to continue to do business with you guys. Thank you again for taking care of my worries. I will be telling everyone about your customer service and integrity. I’ve worked in the service industry for a while and this is the best I’ve seen in all the years I’ve worked!
