It has been 35 years since I have lived in an apartment and wow, things have improved! Our apartment was fully air conditioned, the dishwasher, washer and dryer worked perfectly. Even though many dogs live here, we never heard any barking. Most people were conscientious about cleaning up their dogs’ messes.We lived in the “A” building which was very quiet and having the building manager, Tina, in her office here was wonderful. Tina is highly competent, professional and extremely kind.Our stay here was temporary because we were waiting to take possession of our new house and I appreciated that we didn’t have to sign a lease then be penalized for breaking it.I would recommend Laredo Grande to absolutely anyone. It is safe, clean and well managed.

Just moved out of these buildings 2 weeks ago and my husband and we love it! We lived there for 2 years and we don't have anything to complain about! Love the big space of the 2 bathrooms 2 bedroom suite with the walk through closet. Also my Golden Retriever grew up there so we have lovely memories from this place! Great customer service as well, Tina always helped us in the most friendly way and replied fast when we needed her. We would have stayed but it was time to get our own place, but thank you so much for everything Tina, Staff and Laredo Grande Properties! ☺️

We moved into Laredo Grande recently. The move-in went smoothly overall. We had a couple of minor things that were addressed quickly and efficiently. The apartment building is well-kept and very quiet. Everyone is friendly. The apartment is very comfortable, and it is wonderful having in-suite laundry and air conditioning. It is also great that Laredo Grande has promotions and contests for residents. So far I am very satisfied with Laredo. (I gave 4 stars instead of five due to some issues we experienced with the, now former, property manager. Everyone else has been fantastic.)

If the manager likes you your good. Had many issues with things being broken. Filthy corridors. Place stinks when tenants are cooking. Sounds and smells travel through building. I Can never get the manager on the phone. She needs to be let go. So many thefts from site. Building has been broken into too many time. Random people always hanging around. No security. I know several tenants have talked about these things to management and got brushed off. Many times come in and security doors blocked open. Management needs a wake up. The “workers” are awesome. Will go above and beyond however they are kept on a tight leash. Basically it’s a nice building. Needs some tweaks here and there. Pricing also is an issue. Cheaper to get a house. If you get along with management then your get a good price. I know for sure people get different rates. It’s no fair. People are moving. In and out every week. That should speak about the place. If it was as good as many of these good good folks reviews state for everyone, they would stay longer. Sometimes 3-5 move weekly.

The location is perfect and they are very nice apartments however I’m on the basement level the and pipes flooded in my A/C room, not a big deal that’s what maintenance is for! After getting 4 entry notices for just that incident, it’s still not fixed. The the baseboards and some of the dry was was taken out and supposed to be fixed today however they just got “measurements” and will be back Friday for the rest? Why are measurements being taken only now after the 4th notice? I understand things come up and emergencies come up and happen, but this is very inappropriate and I’m beyond frustrated.

I did a viewing with Jenn, and she was completely awesome. Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Easy to get along with!

No longer has a full time manager on site. Very noisy in the evenings and at night. Management teams doesn't care about any complaints and will not do anything about noise or parking issues. Truck was stolen from parking lot and that's when I found out that the claim of security cameras " was false. Vehicles broken into twice in parking lot. And now we have been informed of a $150 a month rent increase. This place is not worth $1700 a month!"

Tina has been great to work with. Very prompt responses to address any maintenence issues through the app.Building is clean and well maintained - I am really enojoying my place.

Not good. We moved in around a month and a half ago and at first everything seems good and everyone seems nice and willing to help. But as soon as you sign a lease then you’re a nobody. In the short time we’ve lived here, we’ve had many rude interactions with management. At the move in inspection they didn’t have any of the damages to the suite marked down as well as damages still not being fixed prior to us moving in. The screen door was broken and the towel rack in the bathroom were both broken when we moved in and one has still not been fixed. Any complaints made to management are ignored, I went into the office to complain about our truck being broken into and they said “make a police report” and I asked about the video surveillance as all around the parking lot there are signs that say “property under surveillance” and they said there are no cameras out there. They basically shut the door in my face and told me to talk to police! When paying $1700 a month for a one bedroom one bathroom, you’d expect better service! Highly don’t suggest.

Absolutely terrible buildings to live in. Avoid if you can. Management is atrocious. From property management to central AB operations managers, they’re all terrible. False noise complaints made when you’re not home are met with the response “Sound travels in mysterious ways”, no resolution of the fact that no one was home at time of complaints. Management also states there is no lease renewals, and that tenants and broadstreet properties do not have to follow bylaws about noise, etc. In all my time renting, this has been the worst experience, not only for over all cleanliness of the building, but also for noise and management. 0/10, do not recommend. Don’t fall for the 5 star reviews. Tina, and the interim manager as of now (Alexis, also the manager of sylvan lake properties) are not good to their tenants at all.
