My 70 year old mother bought a fridge from this store. She had researched and knew exactly the size and style she needed. When she went to finally make the purchase and told the clerk exactly what she wanted, the store showed her a photo of a fridge that met her specifications. She was nervous buying it without having the actual fridge in front of her, but trusted the store to deliver what they promised. The gave her a receipt confirming her purchase of a 24 Cu Ft side by side fridge. Not only were they weeks late on the delivery, but they delivered a smaller fridge - it is only 22.6 Cu Ft not 24 Cu Ft as ordered. When she suspected it was the wrong size she first called Frigidaire and they confirmed it was only 22.6 Cu Ft and that they didn't even make a 24 Cu Ft model. When my mother called the store hoping it was just a misunderstanding, the owner was never available to speak, would say he'll call back but wouldn't and when she finally got him on the phone, he was extremely rude and put all the blame on my mother - never once trying to make things right. I myself tried calling because to me it's an easy fix - just replace the fridge with what was promised. I got as far as saying my name to Paul, the owner, before he said he couldn't speak and hung up on me. He actually hung up on me! I run a retail business myself and would never ever treat a customer this way. Mistakes happen and you work with the customer to resolve. This was a huge purchase for my mother who is on a fixed income and this company took advantage of her and has made no effort to resolve.Based on this experience I would never buy anything from this company again. They are dishonest and treat their customers terribly. I am in shock that companies like this are still in business.

Our experience at Kondolas was carefree. Matt is a solid businessman and provides next level customer service. Furniture is great quality and arrived at our door precisely on time. You will feel good about spending your $$$ here.

We went in on boxing day 2022, purchased a washer and dryer set. It was delivered promptly but I had asked to be called before delivery, that didn't happen. My purchase was delivered with scratches and a bent dryer vent intake. They sent the floor model dryer without informing us. I'm not impressed at all. I did put in a call to the store, a message is left for the manager. I really do hope that the manager will call back. This purchase was something we were super excited for. I wanted to support local and have a nice set and ended up with a purchase that kind of makes me upset because for us it is a lot of money for the service to me is not worth it. I will give them a chance to make an effort.

Had exactly what I wanted and it was in stock and on sale. Great place - need no other store in my book.

Great quality furniture at good prices. Very friendly and helpful too. It's a fabulous store. Lots of interesting items for your home.

Bought a dining room set from this store and the workmanship on the chairs was very poor; many slivers from the curved backrests. Matt ordered a new set of chairs and they were the same way so he offered me a discount and gave me a very nice office chair in place of a cash refund. Very good service; would go back again.

Used to love shopping here. But since buying an $800 washing machine that I can't get any customer service on I will never shop here again. I have been told 11 times now that Matt will get back to me as soon as he gets in the office. The sales associate is quite rude and makes it quite clear that he is very busy with paying customers and I am being a nuisance. His reply was for me to phone the factory but he didn't have a phone number for me to call. And I don't feel that 2 days after buying a washing machine I should have to call a factory that's why I buy local to get customer service. Anytime you go in there they never seem busy so I'm not sure as to why it takes 4 months to call someone back. Matt's excuses he's waiting for the sales associate from the factory to call him.UPDTE.. Matt fixed the problem with a new washer.

Matt provides excellent service and attention to his customers needs. I wanted to order specific model numbers and he was more than happy to help. Most of the work was done via email which is perfect for us. Estimates were provided quickly and he even gave us a discount. His follow up was awesome. The deposit was reasonable and they stored my stuff for almost two months while our renovation completed. It's hard to find retail stores in 100 Mile who will provide this level of service. I'd highly recommend giving them a call or a visit should you require any appliance or furniture item.

We recently moved to the area and were pleased to find a furniture store that we could purchase our new appliances locally. The prices were competitive with the big box which made me happy because I'm a firm believer in shopping local if at all possible. The service has been wonderful. When the fridge we bought wasn't working properly, we called the store & a new one was delivered that day. To that note, the delivery people they used were also wonderful. Thanks to all the staff.
