Very rude staff. They don’t want to talk with anyone and don’t want to give service. My experience was very bad in this store. I advice to owner to change the staff if he want to run the store.

Mostly a bad experience the women at the register was nice but one sales person gave me attitude. They also didn't reply when I thanked them for getting shoes from the back for me. I was buying for a birthday so I went through with the purchase. If not I would have went somewhere else.

Very abusive behaviour of manager towards customer . she must b removed from position or must b kicked from work .

Manager is rude and dont know how to talk with people and i think she have to leave her position if she cannot handle consumer service .

Backdooring is a problem here, I was in the first 30-40 people today in line for the Thunder 4s, got in and there were no sizes apart from 8 and 8.5 what happened to the rest of them.

At 11:53am on Monday, May 22nd, Victoria Day (a male caucasian) was staring me down while I looked at male shoes by the counter. He said in a low tone to a group of employees behind the counter.. Keep an eye on this kid

I picked out 4 kids shoes and ask for a size 8 in 3 shoes and a 7 in one and a guy kept bringing me size 9 as if he was just being spiteful. The cashier was a bit rude also. Horrible experience. I went there on Sunday April 16th. I’d never shop there again.

I do not recommend going here. Employees were rude and uninterested in providing any form of customer service. One of the employees in particular was very rude while processing my return. She was not able to figure out how to refund the entire amount I had spent on my order. When I asked why this process was so difficult she proceeded to get angry and said she wasn’t able to process entire refund. I asked her to contact a supervisor or manager for help. She refused. She asked me to come back when the manager was available… I’ve never encountered this kind of situation before. I asked her to refund the amount closest to the amount I originally spent and left. I will never return to this store or location. Very disappointed.

The staff behaviour very bad. They didn’t help anyone to find the shoe no. They have no interest in their work.

Helpful staff, who greeted us and then helped during purchase. Cash counter was super quick and had no lineups. Not a lot of variety but that could be because it was end of season.
