There was a bit of miscommunication and I had to wait longer than I wouldve liked to get my device fixed. Steve went above and beyond and completely rectified the situation. Would definitely reccomend their services.

Steve and Spencer were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me resolve my problem in a timely fashion. It has been a long time since i was pleasantly surprised by above average customer service, but these guys DEFINITELY just raised the bar. Thanks again guys! I’ll be back with any of my cell needs in the future and would strongly recommend this place to everyone.

went there yesterday July 10th and the girl there was rude and seemed like she didn't even want to help me or even attempt to put in any affort went to other mobile klinik phone still couldn't be repaired right away but other store tried and put in a effort and actually cared the girl that work here I asked her whats next step and I get i don't no we just fix phones""

This team is great. Quick, helpful, good price. 'Fixed' my iPhone after it was dropped in water. Just need to be blown out of debris and recharged. My cost was zero. Very honest service.You can find them next to Spencer's and Rogers in the mall.

Steve was super helpful and friendly! Went in cause my iPhone was stuck on a black loading screen, 4 people prior to me bringing it to him all tried to restart it with no luck, but Steve was able to fix for me first try! He gave me amazing advice and said “Always make sure you backup your phone.” I will definitely be coming here again for any future phone problems I have!

Amazing service. Dropped my Pixel 6 Pro for a screen replacement. Google client care was unable to tell me if my phone was covered under warranty, on 3 separate occasions. I had to find the webpage for Canada, and check by my IMEI number, for my warranty status and take a screenshot. When I walked into the store, I was assured that this was going to be covered under warranty. 30 minutes later, I had a new screen and was on my way.Once again, incredible service. Thank you!
