It's been an adventure. Ordered flowers for valentine's Day for the wife a few days earlier. Received a text saying they would be there between certain times. It was cold so I asked the wife to stay home telling her I was expecting a personal delivery. Received another text in the afternoon saying they weren't able to deliver within the previous timeframe, so they would be there sometime late afternoon and evening. Received another text in the evening saying that they weren't able to deliver within the 2nd timeframe, so they will be there surely sometime late evening. When I asked what time, I got a reply saying I'll know when they know. By 9pm, still nothing. So I emailed messaged them back and told them I didn't need the delivery anymore because I needed it for valentine's Day, and not the day after. I asked for a refund which I got the next day. They also emailed me saying they would make it right and deliver the flowers anyway. Got a text later in the afternoon saying they weren't able to do so that day so they will be there in the evening. I'm definitely not happy, being a first time customer and having someone stay home for 2 days just so the wife could get her valentine's bouquet delivered. I also don't understand the cable company timeframe of anywhere between 10:25 am to 1:25 pm, which changed 5 times into the next day.Edit:I am glad the owner got back to me and it was nice to know they care. It was an unfortunate experience, and I am sure it just didn't happen to my order. Thank you Callia, for still making the delivery and that moment was still cherished by the wife. I have that things get smoothened out for the future orders.
