This is no fault of the extremely patient ladies working there, but the place was filled with obnoxious, rowdy teens and kids (mostly girls, too).This is not our usual DQ, but one on our way home. Parents should be ashamed that this is how their children behave in public! The blatant racism was shocking towards the SA women working their behinds off.I will NEVER return to this location again. Also, note that our usual location is directly across from a high school and the students do not behave so badly.I also noted most were wearing school uniforms. Not sure which school, but they need to perhaps talk to their students, as well as parents in this area.I am hesitant to post this, but feel it's important.

Placed an order with another location, 48 hours before my sons birthday. They called me 20mins before picked and mentioned that their printer broke so they could not make my cake. I had called 4 other locations and unfortunately they were too busy" as it was mother's day. Finally I called credit view location

This is the 3rd time I have been here and they have given me the littlest about of fries with a 6pc of chicken strips. I have been here so many times and lately they give you a 6pc with fries for a little kid. Tonight I went to drive tru and told the girl they keep giving me the smallest amount of fries and she said I'll make sure you get the right amount then I come home to 2 hungry kids and there's barely enough for them to share and my son keeps asking why they don't give fries like before, did I tell them?? It's a shame they have been doing this lately and I have to resort to a bad review because my family likes their food. SHAME!!!

Most of the time I liked this location, but last 2-3 times they are not doing good job…. If I’m paying extra for something I need good quality. But boy taking the order drive thru was really rude and doesn’t have manners how to speak to a customer and also laughing at customer because they are complaining about last order. Did not wanted to listen to customer, just arguing and laughing with colleagues at me. That boy must learn some manners and need some training how to handle customers and of course how to talk to a lady. Manager and owner should look into it. If so many people complained about the staff. If we are paying we need great quality.

Overall a poor experience. I ordered 2 combos the same style, same side, and one of the sides was wrong. Instead of 2 onion rings, I received one fries and one onion rings. The onion rings were disappointing because they were pretty empty inside the box.The most obvious problem with the experience was the condition of the blizzards. Both blizzards were soupy, and the staff would not flip them, just blaming the ice cream machine. I’ve never had DQ staff refuse to flip blizzards. I was left pretty disappointed by this location.Wouldn’t recommend.

I have been to other DQs as well but never faced such behavior. The lady at the front counter/cashier is rude for no reason, needs to learn how to treat customers politely. Must follow a single protocol or at least share the details if there are some changes. I got cashed out and given the token no. for my order, in normal conditions when the order is ready she shouts the token number to pickup. My order was taking more than usual time for (one banana split) so i just reached the front receiving counter for my order to ask the status but the cashier lady responded very rudely to stay at the table and you will get served there. She was rude and could have been polite while responding to a waiting customer who is already in rush. If this is right then i will and all my circle will expect to be served at tables and not pick up order by our selves. Other than customer service food and ambiance is good.Edit: yes it was credit view location adjacent to dominos Pizza and i have been visiting regularly at this location on weekends for the last 2 weeks and my experience is pretty much bad.

The employees of this store doesnt know how to behave . Whenever , i entered the store, they all are whispering and keep mocking. The lady who took my order, i dont know what she think about herself, too much attitude. Kindly let them know how to be polite and be welcoming to the customers
