This Costco is located in the middle of Heartland Town Centre. Normally, we would go on a weekend in the morning however we have visited during the week after 5pm.Even though there are hundreds of parking spots, trying to find one due to this location busyness is almost next to impossible. The location of the entrance to the gas station causes congestion at the light when trying to enter from the back. We have found ourselves having to circle around for the search of spot.Line ups can get extremely long but the wait time is not that bad. Unfortunately customers don't really realize that are dozens of cash registers on the far left and far right. Sometimes there is someone there directing traffic flow.We are quite impressed the the quality and freshness of the produce and the pricing of household items. Fruits and vegetables can last about two weeks compared to buying from other competing stores. Prices are fair for the bathroom cleaning supplies and paper towels.All in all, try to time your visits and purchase what is only necessary as you may find yourself lost in the countless items in all departments.

I’m not sure why employees find the need to give such a hard time returning food. I bought the wrong thing and it was perfectly packaged and in sellable condition with a best before date half a year from now. If the multimillion/multibillion dollar corporation doesn’t donate their food or find a sustainable option for returned foods or even if it’s due to Covid then employees should take it up with corporate if they care so much instead of shaming customers in front of other customers and flaring up some unnecessary anxiety. The amount of returns I’ve made over the course of 5+ years can be counted in one hand and this is the first time I’ve even returned Costco food. I didn’t make up your policy but thanks for the anxiety induced thoughts of replaying this interaction for the next few months!Other than that, it’s a Costco. It’s going to be busy and have long line ups and be extra busy during the holidays. The people at cash generally do what they can with the staffing that’s scheduled. No complaints there, I feel bad knowing usually how understaffed stores are during the holidays. Special Shout out to the employees in the cafe because they hustle and need a better system than having to call out order numbers. Overall, never really have an issue with this location except this one time. If you’re closer to Burlington or want to go for a further drive, I would rather go there because they’re generally nicer.Also, Costco if you’re reading this, find a sustainable option for food returns, get a computer system for the cafe area so they don’t get laryngitis and open up a Costco in Milton- thanks and happy holidays!

Located inside heartland town centre. Large place, tons of samples which was helpful to choose our products. Also has gas station.Surrounded by other outlet brands which makes life so much easier

I visited this Costco location in the Heartland Town Center after more than 15 years. It still has all the great deals on great products.The store was packed inside and outside. Parking was hard to find. Some aisles were busier than others. Overall, a very crowded and busy location. The staff was lovely, and many have been working there for 10+ years, which is refreshing.Talking to staff, I learned that the store is typically busiest Thursday - Monday.

Great please to buy your bulk products. Membership has its advantages at this location and it’s worth it. However, the the point of sale terminals are old IBM units and have not been updated to include a display screen with itemized prices as the cashier scans the items. If a mistake is made and they scan the item a second time. it’s a hassle to get your refund. In addition, the food court has an ineffective system for calling the order numbers. Put a microphone you can never hear the order number. Also the printer go out of paper but the staff sometimes does not card as with the condiments they are just a mess. The I mean with the membership costs what’s they are now it is worth it. I can say that is why my review is 2 stars. The seating is horrible you can never sit down so if your getting food just leave and take it outside.

The place is a mess. But the employees are pure gems. Not only are they always clearing and organizing the mess people leave behind, but one such gem named Paulette found the time to introduce my 5 year old son to the ins and outs of cashier on the job training".THANKYOU PAULETTE FOR MAKING MY SONS (AND MY) DAY!okay back to the store

2022 November 2.5★Omg!This place is PACKED on the weekends! Lines running into the gas station makes it difficult to get into the plaza where Costco is. Once your inside, the crowds are amazing. You'd almost think they were giving stuff away Free! (Wait! They do.. with free tasting portions)Honestly, Costco is great. Just the crowds here means you're going to fight the line ups and parking. Best to go early at this location.

Nice place to fuel up the car at low price and shop basic things such as toilet paper kitchen tissue, ketchup, garbage bags and so on, for food options are limited but large size (or bulk) at fair price. The hot food store is selling very cheap hot dogs (with pop drink) and decent fries. Just avoid rush hours otherwise you might spend long time at cashier lining up. Parking is large enough so always some free spots available

Lot of food items, clothes, bakery items, electronics, frozen items. Observed thatU S.A has lot more choices of every item.But the prices are higher there. Thanks to Canada, where prices are comparatively lower. Taxes here are higher though.I was disappointed to know that the garden center has already closed, when I came back from U.S after a holiday.Only one disadvantage is that I cannot buy most products because items are sold in bulk or in 2 s or 3 s, except for bathroom rolls or kitchen rolls!!!
