Relin Megamix - Mixer Grinders

I have been using my Relin Mixer for more than 17 years. I use it almost everyday for everything - to grind dhokla mix, hadva mix, grind spices, chilies, and ginger and to make chutneys and so many other things.Most importantly, on the rare occasion when the mixer needs servicing, the after purchase service is fantastic here in Brampton! Manoj at Relin is very quick and always courteous. Thanks for making a great product.

We have been using the Relin Mixer Grinder for around 11 years now, and it is still going strong! We have been operating it daily for around 5 minutes on average to prepare South Indian dishes like chutneys (coconut, tomato, onion etc.). The motor coil has been going strong and has never failed even once in these 11 years, which shows the superior electrical design of this machine. The service and support for purchasing new jars or replacing the coupler has been excellent.

I must say, Relin has an Excellent Products. I have been using the Mixer Grinder" more than 10 years and its still working in good condition. Though

I had bought Relin Mixer in 2017 and it has been going very strong till date. No issues at all. Manoj has been very good at Customer Service too and very responsive.

I am giving this rating after using it 25 yearsThis mixer Grinder. We used for grinding making our own spices. Rice flour. And Asian food. This is a heavy duty grinder mixer there is no any other grinder out in the market to meet our expectations.

I bought a Relin Grinder in 2006, when my mother-in-law was visiting us and she wanted to make Thosa for us. Since 2006, the machine has been working without any issues. In January 2023, the butterfly link (Nylon) on the motor and on one of the grinders broke. I took the warranty card and called the number on it. In TWO rings Manoj answered the phone, and wanted me to bring the machine and drop it off. I was so impressed with the customer service after 16 years since I bought the machine in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Manoj fixed the machine and charged me $ 30 for parts and labour!!! Can you believe this! This agent is professional, kind and very honest! I will highly recommend anyone buying the Relin grinder as this machine is a work horse, and you will be guaranteed excellent customer and maintenance / repair services.
