Mike was incredibly helpful - from giving me a great price on my existing vehicle to helping me find a new one. Incredibly personable and professional. It's always great to be able to go out and support local, family-owned establishments. Would highly recommend, 10/10!

My car's transmission went very unexpectedly so naturally I was looking around for a new vehicle with a dealership that could be trusted, Mike helped me set up a time and date to see a car and was very helpful, kind and honest during the entire test drive. I noticed an odd sound coming from the car and Mike immediately took it to the shop's mechanic to get it looked at and fixed! Although I didn't end up purchasing a car from his dealership I honestly can't recommend dealing with Mike enough !

This place is a great spot. I love the lexus Mike got for us and he is always available for any questions I might have.

Mike's honest and down to earth customer service skills made my car shopping experience a pleasant one. Although I did not end up purchasing a vehicle from him he did not seem the least bit disrespectful or dry afterwards, I can say after dealing with many used car dealers Mike was one of the few genuine salesmen who had the customers interest and financial situation in mind, as well as their scheduling willing to stay late hours to accommodate. Highly recommend seeing what he has available before looking elsewhere.

I never give Google Reviews, but this one is worth it.Since I'm not a car expert, an honest and transparent salesperson is important to me. I read on previous reviews positive comments that the owners were honest.I was quite glad that Mike at Mikate Motors was honest, transparent, and very friendly. He ensured the car was in great shape - as per our discussion - before handing it over to me.I would easily recommend Mikate Motors for buying used cars, and would go there again if I have to!

Michael was extremely helpful and made the transition to my new car smooth and safe. He went above and beyond even after the sale, I needed some new parts and he ensured they were ordered properly and installed correctly!!!Would definitely recommend

Edit January 2023: I had since sold my Fiat and Mike was able to get me my dream car, a Porsche Macan. This car is perfect in every way possible and there is no other dealer I would trust buying a used Porsche from than Mike. Mike is the only dealer I've felt I could fully trust and have my best interest in mind vs making a quick sale. The only thing higher than Mike's car quality is his outstanding customer service. 10/10 experience both times.Bought a 2012 Fiat here from Mike. Huge improvement from an 03 Volkswagen I had prior. I don't have a huge knowledge about cars, so after I gave Mike some of my preferences he recommended to me the Fiat and let me test drive it right away. Immediately loved the car and by the next day it was mine! Amazing service here at a great price.

I was very interested in a commercial van and dealt with Mike. Although I didn't end up purchasing the vehicle I really appreciated how communicative and honest he was. The van we wanted to purchase had just been detailed and was in great shape. Although the van wasn't quite right for what we needed Mike was truthful and tried helping us find what we needed. Great service!
