CARSTAR London Centre (Don Mor)

The CARSTAR location on Brydges is by far the best location to take your car .. It’s really one stop shopping, including an on-site car rental. I was kept apprised of the status of my repairs and when I picked up my car not only was the work completed top notch my car was spotless!! The frontline staff deserves a shout out as well. Very professional and personable!! Well done CARSTAR!!

It is a mystery to me how this place got any certification. Customer service is nonexistent. If you are going through insurance, they only care about your deductible. The one star is for Ellen (or Helen), the only lady who shows any support.After more than a week from the accident, I was told by my insurance that I needed to check with the garage about what was going on. When I called, I was told that it was great that I was calling because my adjustor Lisa, wanted to talk with me (she expects me to be a mind reader, she has my phone number, but was waiting for me to call!). She told me they had an estimate, I needed to confirm that I was ok to pay a deductible and she checked that all the parts were available. The car would be ready between February 24-28. She told me they would update me with the status etc. (never happened).• 24th, Car is in body shop next scheduled for mechanical repair. Should be ready 28th".• 28th

The guys and gals at Don Mor were beyond excellent- I was rear ended and brought in for a new bumper, and these guys detailed the inside of my car for me as a courtesy! Cant recommend them enough! (I do concrete so it was a disaster inside)

Horrible horrible horrible. Couldn't have been worse. Got a text my car was ready after 12 days. But for some reason the battery is failing. Had to have car towed to my dealership at my expense. Turns out the battery is pooched even though it's only 2 years old. They refuse to take any responsibility and now won't even return our calls. I'm out a day of work and $440 for a new battery. Used them on advice of insurance company. Never again. I'll pick my own repair shop next time.

I had my vehicle repair via my insurance claim here. Everything was perfect except 1part missing due to parts nlt available on time due to covid supply chain disturbance. In that period we had some miscommunication so part did arrived and they returned it. But when I visited them they listened to me and they did solve the issue after 1year and 5 months which was a job well done. I highly recommend their services.

Had a Uhaul hit my car unfortunately but I decided to bring it into Carstar. Friendly service and outstanding quality. Hopefully I wouldn't be back for a bit but when in need its the place to go.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. I am also filing a complaint with the insurance company that recommended this business.Took vehicle in for muffler repair in January. $700 estimate.Went to a local shop on Adeladie Street. $168.This business lied to my face that a recently-replaced muffler needed replacement. It did not.Only the downpipe to the muffler required replacement.They lie about their estimates, and one look a their overhead explains why.STAY AWAY.

Installed wheel bearing in my Fiancé’s car, after taking my car into my local mechanic, they found that wheel bearing to be in need of replacement after only two months. The receptionist I spoke with about the issue was very rude. She transferred me to another gentleman who was helpful and said he would call me back to see if they could give me a replacement wheel bearing as they were unable to give me a refund they never called back.
