Mike did an excellent job inspecting our problems and fixing them to the fullest. He’s professional, experienced and knowledgeable. Quick to action - the job was done in one day with 15’ of solidly clogged pipes replaced and restored. I have never seen the water draining this fast since we moved in 10 years ago - it swirled down like a vortex!I really like how the company leverages technology in their workflow. All communications were paperless, efficient and timely. We had a plumbing emergency on a Sunday morning. I received a callback within 10 minutes of leaving a message. Phil was upfront and honest that he probably wouldn't be able to get to me today (instead of giving me the runaround.) But he asked me to describe the issue, then was able to give me directions to solve the problem...and we were able to fix the issue ourselves! That kind of customer service is rare these days so I really appreciate Phil's assistance. Next time I need a plumber I will be calling them for sure.

Not only did our technician arrive on time, he was polite, courteous, efficient, and took the time to explain everything that he was going to do step by step.

Water bill was high in the last month so I called sewer squad to come out to help me figure out why. Mike was the plumber and he quickly found the problem. I had two toilets that were constantly running and mike informed me this was the cause. He repaired both toilets at a reasonable price. Problem solved.

I had a terrible experience with this company. I called them for a quote as i had multiple plumbing issues. Firstly, they told me my porcelain toilet needed to be replaced at a cost of $1200, then they quoted me for parts needed to repair a hand held shower without even looking to see what the problem was - it turned out it only needed tightening. They were quick to agree to snake my drain without really determining if it really needed it. It goes on ... then i get an unreasonable quote for the entire job. I called another company who quoted me 1/2, yes 1/2 as much. They repaired my toilet, no need to snake, no parts needs just tightening - which they didn't even charge me for .... Unreal! I would avoid this company like the plague.

Called sewer squad to help me with my flooded basement on a Friday night. Micheal came out despite the time and was very polite and professional. He got my drains temporarily up and running. His team came in the next day and permanently fixed the problem for a reasonable price. Thanks for all the hard work and great service.

We were having a plumbing issue with our laundry drain, in which the drain was overflowing every time the washing machine emptied.Sewer Squad sent out Mike Fisher, who initially inspected the drain, and proceeded to do needed repairs, at a reasonable price, to correct some faulty plumbing issues which he felt were preventing proper drainage.After the repairs were done, we found that the pipe still wasn’t draining perfectly, so Mike promptly came out again the next day, snaked the drain, and ensured that the drain functioned perfectly before leaving. All this was done at no additional cost, which speaks highly of the professionalism of both Mike, and the Sewer Squad company.If you have any plumbing-related issues, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Mike from Sewer Squad, as he does good-quality work, cleans and tidys up, all at a reasonable cost.Highly recommended!
