The company is called Rolls Right because their trucks will literally ROLL RIGHT over you while you drive.3:30PM today: Went southbound on Knight St and the truck (License Plat: NG 9877) cut straight from the Marine Dr on-ramp onto the passing lane with oncoming traffic. Had to slam on the brakes to avoid the collision.Drive safe everyone, ICBC premiums are already ridiculously expensive.

We have been working with Rolls Right for several years now at the big events and conferences, and they are always providing a very professional service, quick, always ready for adjustments in a fast changing conference environment. Customer service is great, staff is very helpful and they really appreciate their clients. Rolls Right has a big park of trucks and can cover big volumes, truck variety is wide too, from 1 tone to huge 53', so, they are always doing their best to get the job done. We really appreciate everything that you have done for us, guys, and will definitely use your services for the coming events!

Address their drivers by their operator numbers as if they don't have names. Drivers can't use the main door since it's reserved for office staff only. Company values should probably be re-evaluated to prioritize morals over money.

Rolls Right a terrible company if I could give no stars I would giving 1 would be a blessing for their Chinese run company if you wanted COVID go Rolls Right. They have Ties with Consolidated Fastfrate which has even worse Ratings both company’s are both Unprofessional

Every time I see them driving on the road, I just wish they would drive like a half decent person with a valid license. They are ruthless, their customer service is absolute garbage, their management is a complete joke. Their drivers do not give a dan* about their clients, safety of other drivers or understand basic rules of safety. They do whatever they want, because COVID is the best time for them to make money; overloading their drivers, not give proper training or basic customer service. They will continue to work with their mean attitude, flip drivers like a coin and make as much profit as anyone possible can with what they have. Absolutely greedy.

I, too, was almost driven off the road today by one of your vehicles. I was in my own lane beside one of your 18- wheelers when the driver decided to merge into my lane without checking for vehicles. It could have been disastrous, especially for me. I had a guardrail on my right, 18-wheeler to my left. This is not to be taken lightly. I could have been seriously injured today. The truck decided not to take the Tannery exit off Hwy 17 so I was unable to get the license plate. I tried calling your company to report but the phone number on your website is for checking emails. If you care at all, reply with a phone number for someone I can speak to about this.

Overall a very good experience with Rolls Right team. There's many options out there for trucking; we find RR to be consistent and for the most part helpful to resolve issues when they occur, we use them 3-5 time a week over the last 3-4 years. Wilson, Giancarlo in HO are excellent customer care providers; professional, follow-up and genuinely make an effort to ensure all details of the load are captured and carried out to point.

Almost killed today as a result of one of their drivers. The truck then proceeded to cut off the person in the next lane as well! They transferred me to voicemail when I complained…

I'd like to tell the truth about their bad managementReserved a truck to deliver my materials to job site at 11am .The truck didn't show up till 12 with someone else's package.After loading my materials . I drove to the job site to help unloading. The truck showed up another an hour late . During the waiting. I called customer services 3 times but no answer. They knew why I called . I had to email to ask where the truck was. They didn't reply till the truck showed up and someone's package was gone !!Abviously . They use my time my money to deliver another order to make more money .So disappointed. Never ever hire these guys to work for you. They will screw you up right !!!!
