Great staff, but there was a flood over 200 days ago, and it's only now being remediated.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff, however it's embarrassing Citizens Services' and other Ministries in the building have taken over 200 days to replace their soiled carpet following a flood. This is a 40 year old building and I do not think that it would have been left for so long if we were in a larger city centre. Us Gitxsan people and others in the community deserve a healthy space to conduct government services.
