Had a massage with Stephanie, an incredibly skilled RMT. The massage was excellent, leaving me feeling refreshed and revitalized. If you're in need of a top-notch massage, I highly recommend Stephanie for her skill and expertise.

I have been seeing Monique for several months now and I look SO forward to my appointments with her. Her positive energy is infectious and she is brilliant at what she does. I leave there feeling so calm, rejuvenated & relaxed. I can’t rave enough about her! So grateful to have her as my RMT!

I had a negative massage experience once years ago that turned me off massages completely. Stephanie has shown me what a skilled rmt can do. I was walking around uncomfortably for years ( chiropractic was no help ) one session with Stephanie and have ALOT more mobility without pain. Thank you Stephanie. I have been going to Monique now for quite some time for massages. I have to say she is by far my favourite massage therapist. She is very thorough, her technique is phenomenal and she is just a downright amazing and kind person. Monique is always professional and knows exactly what to do to fix my back. Since seeing Monique I do not suffer from headaches and back pain as I so frequently did in the past. I would recommend her services to anyone. You cannot go wrong.

Love Monique and the new space!! I've been going to her for years, she's incredibly knowledgeable and makes the massage so comfortable. It's very clean and welcoming. Love that her room has more of her awesome personality.Heads up, they lock the door when there's a session and say to wait in your vehicle. I didn't have a car and showed up 20 minutes early because I wasn't exactly sure where it was. I interrupted someone else's session to be let in because it was super cold and I feel really bad about that. Might be something to consider for those who don't have access to a vehicle to stay warm in!

Stephanie is the absolute best for deep tissue massage! I would highly recommend if you’ve got stubborn knots other RMTs can’t seem to tackle. Her knowledge and skills are unmatched.

Stephanie is an absolute wizard of an RMT, by far the best I've ever seen. She has helped alleviate so many chronic issues I'd just assumed I'd have to live with forever! You can tell she truly loves what she does and is really invested in helping her clients improve. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for an RMT in the area!
