Called to see if my lab results were in since it’s been a week and they said yes and to come in today before 4. Once I get to the clinic literally 15 minutes after the phone call, they said the doctor can’t see me because he’s too booked up. I would’ve been fine with coming in the next day or even a week later but the receptionist or whoever literally said to come in today then told me they can’t take me in. Then I was referred to a clinic that doesn’t take walk ins lol.

If I could give them zero stars, I would.I moved from BC to Regina 3 months ago. I called Dr.Girgis’ office, they said they were accepting new patients. I needed my prescription refilled, so I needed a doctor. I phoned and spoke to the receptionist who told me he is accepting new patients. I told them I needed a doctor, as well as my 2 children. The receptionist said that is fine, but because I am still in process of obtaining a SK health card, she said that I would need to come to the office 15 mins before my appt and fill out a form stating my BC health card number. She said that if I did a phone appt, I would be charged, but in-person, I would be fine. I recorded the appt in my google calendar and repeated the appt time and day to her for confirmation.I called the office half hour before my appt, there was no such appt booked. The same receptionist who ‘booked’ me said the doctor isn’t even in the office today and that there is no such intake form. Then she told me he’s only accepting new patients if you have a family member who is already a patient. I was misinformed about literally everything. Now I have a prescription that I need filled and I have no doctor to fill it when I did my due diligence. This office is an absolute mess and the staff don’t seem to be knowledgeable at all about what they’re doing.

Wouldn’t let me in without a mask. Wouldn’t give me a mask. It’s Feb 2023..who still carries masks around?! I would have gladly worn one if they’d been willing to hand one to me out of the stacks of boxes of masks they probably have behind the counter.

Came by to see a walk in doctor. Noticed the sign in the door they require a mask, no problem. Walked all over the mall trying to find one and couldn’t. Just popped in to see if they have some for clients as I really needed to see a doctor, to be yelled at by a Russian women to get out now. It was a simple question, had no I’ll intentions, Room full of people, was very embarrassing. Told me to go to the dollar store, where I had already been(clearly with a dollar store bag in my hand). Mind blowing someone working with the public chooses to treat someone this way. Need new front staff for sure. Refused to forward to a manager when I asked. Would give zero stars if I could

Recently I went to visit Dr Fawzi girgis. We had a very bad experience with this Russian receptionist very very rude shout at my wife having a 2 months old baby and her hand was hurt and waiting for me to bring face mask ..! She literally shout on my wife and didn’t even had little courtesy that she had a months baby and has a hurt in her hand just yelled go out ..! I really want to complaint on this kind of people but they don’t have any way to do that ..! I would give zero if possible ..!

I am presently looking for a new doctor for my son and I and came across this clinic. Why is this doctor keeping a receptionist like this employed??? Makes me wonder what kind of person he is to let her treat people this way! She does not deserve to live here, go back to your own country!!!

So far my first visit was great was told the accurate waiting time. Doc was prompt to the point and professional. Wish I could have her as my family doctor I actually asked if she would be! Would definitely return

Been going there for years. Always a great experience. Read some reviews and have personally been there for some of the problem patients. People need to remember the world doesn’t revolve around them

This place is the worst walk-in clinic I’ve ever seen. Absolutely nobody in the chairs. Lol sorry we are booked as what she tells you. Nobody walking in the doors. Her excuses all the doctors are on lunch now. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I am surprised to be rating a walk-in clinic this high, but I had a great experience here when I wanted to quickly get something checked out close-by while I was at work. The reception staff was friendly and welcoming, the woman who took me into the exam room was also friendly and personable and got a good overview of the issue, and the doctor was thorough and friendly as well. He asked a ton of questions and even brought another doctor in for a second opinion (she was also great). I really appreciated that. The whole experience was about 30 minutes, which is a fraction of the time I've spent waiting at other clinics (nothing like waiting 2 hours to have a crappy, dismissive experience... which is what so often happens on a walk-in basis). I would definitely recommend this clinic.
