I feel that Lori is the epitome of a “SKIN CARE EXPERT”. She is a delightfully warm and friendly professional. Her perfectionist care inspires confidence in any service. Her knowledge in the skin care business is amazing. I have had laser hair removal… No longer required ....and permanent eyebrows/eyeliner. My eyebrows are beautiful and so natural looking and I have received many compliments on them. I recently had my third IPL treatment and I’m so happy with the results. She is always punctual and so thorough. Her new facility is classy and welcoming and I feel that we are blessed to have someone of her calibre in Vernon.

got a facial here awhile back and all the masks and treatments she put on my face burnt and tingled, she didn’t wear gloves and she kept trying to get at blackheads that were not at all ready to come out. she proceeded to recommend me a salicylic acid cleanser and told me it’s good for my skin type. i paid and went home with my face red as a tomato and started using this cleanser routinely, which made my face feel extremely tight and dry after every wash. i assumed this was normal since a professional recommended it to me so i continued to use it, until i did research and found out it was damaging my skin barrier really bad and causing inflammation and breakouts. i’ve also got my brows waxed here a couple times by two different ladies and they didn’t do a bad job, they just didn’t do what i asked for. it feels like they just do what THEY think would look good. idk not coming back lol

I've had 2 microneedlings done, my first one was great! My most recent was with another lady whom instantly started telling me that I need to change the product I'm currently using and tried getting me to purchase the line sold here. I am not comfortable using something without trying it first as my skin is sensitive which I told her. She did not wash my face before she applied the numbing cream which should have been a red flag but I knew I had just washed it before I came. She didn't wear gloves. She continued telling me during the treatment that I really need to start using their line. I have since started going somewhere else where there's is professionalism .

The staff are always friendly and professional. The medi spa is beautiful and always pristine. This is our second visit for botox for pain which means it is not a luxury or pampering thing so the first visit was great paid $1000 no prob. The 2nd visit without speaking to the person who obviously pays - extra is done and I'm left paying 25% more. $1250 is a lot for us and if it's necessary for the pain fine, but at least give me the courtesy of agreeing to it before just handing me a much higher bill, especially when I checked at arrival to ask has the treatment costs increased?
