Great staff, excellent building. Brought my car in for the 100k service and new tires, they were able to let me know what work was required, what wasn't (timing chain means no replacement), and took care of my car well. While I waited, I used their free WiFi to do some work, while sitting in the quality chair at the provided desk. Owners and techs are knowledgeable, friendly, and HONEST with customers - I will be bringing my vehicles here from now on.

The people at Autotek are very friendly and efficient. The prices are reasonable and in my case, lower than their original estimate. Overall, I had a very good costumer experience.

I currently drive an 2019 GMC Sierra. Went to gm hawkesbury to check my driver's side window as it wasn't working properly. Gm said it was the regulator and wanted to charged me 200 for the part as well 165.00 for labour which I thought was outrageous but it is the dealership work.Decided to check this place out, made an appointment 2 weeks later and first thing they showed me was that it wasn't the regulator and that they managed to fix it by reprogrammed the window itself. Only 30 mins job and ended costing me 130.00 dollars and the problem was solved. All done with a laptop . Very honest work from them and I'll definitely be coming back there for any future issues. Awesome place.

Ive been going to Autotek for 10 years now. satisfaction garantied everytime. Very friendly team, and bilingual. they are equiped with all the modern technology for diagnosing every an any car. My Wife and i have had many cars and they always been able to complete our repaires within in the labour guide times that i found online and at half the price compared to the dealer. They even store our winter tires for us. They treat us very well. We moved furthur away and we still go back to deal with them, they are the only ones we trust. They also work on my brothers racecar, weve put theyre work to the test and trust me they have met the expectations.

Very bad experience here. They charged me so much money just to replace my radiator and broke my hood latch and my radiator fan. They never told me they broke it. They replace my hood latch, which I had to pay for it and the fan I had to fix it on my own. I don’t recommend coming here.
